Location, ease of access

The staff was weird. Isaiah messed up my booking twice. The gentleman named Winn was very creepy, always lurking around every transaction and very slow to fix my room keys which stopped working because my reservation was wrong. They catered to a big wedding and the other guests did not seem important. The manager Winn was always staring at me and the security guards would be very quiet and spooky when they showed up.

A bit pricey for the area

Brunch was supposed to be offered all weekend but on Saturday was just three things.

The room was loud, small and uncomfortable.

hard to say we did not like anything, except that the scent used to clean the lobby area carpeting was not appealing upon entering the hotel. other than that, everything was divine

Close to the Hotchkiss School, friendly service

Location is very convenient to Lime Rock Park

Very poor selection for the grab and go breakfast. At least bagels would have been nice.
