Spacious, comfortable room in a quiet setting. Staff was very outgoing! We have stayed here several times.

Buildings and interiors are quaint and cozy. Staff, especially the restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Decorations for the wedding dinner were beautiful.

Upon arrival I was told I was in the “Countryside” building. It’s an outdated, smelly old house nearby. There was NO maid service, NO breakfast, and I could hear every step, door close and toilet flush of others in nearby rooms. The A/C and small refrigerator were so noisy I had to unplug them to get any sleep. Bad experience all around.

The clerks on the front desk had no knowledge about things to do or local activities. The room, beds and baths are clean and comfortable. The lake on the site was great for swimming, and canoes are readily available for guests.

This is a lovely setting and the grounds and pool are well-maintained. We stayed in a dog-friendly room and it was very convenient. The staff here are really great - very friendly and accommodating. The location puts you near the Berkshires.

I stayed for 2 nights but was charged 3 nights. And still didn't get refund of the extra charged night 1 week after check out.
The sofa bed is almost impossible to use and the springs are nearly not functioning

Th location was great for my visit for graduation at Salisbury school, which is about 6 miles away. I really enjoyed everything - the rooms I was in was in one of the older buildings and was a bit dated, but they seem to be well maintained (had A/C which was great!) and were clean. I like having coffee and a light breakfast available. Met my needs and the grounds are lovely- nice pool, tennis courts.

Property definitely needs updating. A person I knew at my function said they had stayed there previously and the property was "tired", I'd say it was "exhausted". I stayed in the "Sunnyside" building and it seemed old, but in fact, it is. The lobby is like an old B and B. This is where they have coffee available self serv in the AM. Problem was that nobody replenished it all weekend and the wedding party that was there at the same time left a HUGE mess which also was never cleaned.
Bed in my room comfortable, but reception on TV in room was sporadic, no hangers in my closet either which was annoying.
I won't stay here again.

The room was clean, the bathroom small. No amenities like a refrigerator, no mirror to see how you look for head to toe, just vanity mirror. Ice Machine broken, lighting outdated (wall sconce with a CFL) only 1 bedside lamp.
Exterior stairs to climb to the unit and then a winding staircase to get to the room. The buildings on the property look worn and in need of maintenance.
