Only minor complaint: hot tub is a two-person but we are both tall and barely fit

It was equipped with everything we needed it was a nice size. The jacuzzi the location was good it was very peaceful.

It WAS HOTTTTT The entire stay we were NOT able to adjust the Air. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! For the $400+ cleaning, they did make sure it was clean. There was animal hair in the couches. The furniture by the jacuzzi was dirty. Particles coming from the ceiling fan. The coffee pot was dirty on the inside. The basement room tub was clogged and did not drain while showering.

Great location. Layout was great with one bedroom on each of three floors. Kitchen was very well fitted. Living room was very comfortable for our group of 4- may be a bit tight for larger groups. WIFI was able to support 3 people working remotely with simultaneous Zoom calls without any problems. Remote check in and check out worked well. Garage parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again.

It took some experimenting to figure out how to manage the heating on the three levels. Adding some tips on that to the check in instructions would be helpful.

Good location, house's finishes are nice and modern.

Only the master bedroom is on the main floor and the bedroom in the basement was freezing cold. It was annoying to have to get out of the car and type in the code to open the garage every time.
