È anche la casa sulla spiaggia della nostra famiglia e la troverai molto più di una casa rispetto al tuo noleggio standard! Sono stato in vacanza a Atlantic Beach negli ultimi 30 anni quindi non esitate a fare tutte le domande che avete circa l'unità o le attrazioni della zona. Quando si arriva al condominio, troverete carrelli per i bagagli e carrelli della spesa di alimentari, nonché un ascensore per rendere l'ingresso nell'appartamento semplice e veloce. C'è una zona salotto schermata nella parte anteriore e una lavanderia separata che ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Il condominio stesso ha pavimenti in vinile di lusso in legno con 3 camere da letto, 2 1/2 bagni, cucina completamente attrezzata, wet bar separato, portico schermo oceanfront fuori dal soggiorno e un balcone con vista sull'oceano separato dalla camera da letto principale. Il maestro ha un letto king size con un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto con un mezzo bagno privato. La terza camera da letto ha un letto a castello e un letto full size. Il divano nel soggiorno si apre anche su un letto a grandezza naturale. C'è una grande TV e lettore DVD in salotto e TV in tutte le 3 camere da letto e l'area bar della cucina. Tutti i televisori sono dotati di cavo e bastoncini Roku. WIFI è incluso. Nel soggiorno troverete anche giochi da tavolo, carte da gioco, puzzle, DVD, libri, ecc.
Dalla nostra casa siete letteralmente a pochi passi dalla zona grill e picnic, la piscina, e soprattutto la spiaggia !!
Sotto il condominio si trova un ripostiglio con accesso a due biciclette, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, giocattoli da spiaggia e da piscina, giochi all'aperto per i bambini (e i bambini più grandi) e bastoncini da pesca e da pesca.
Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada si ha accesso al condominio al molo e ai gommoni per mantenere la vostra barca sul Bogue Sound e parcheggiare il vostro rimorchio. Se porti la tua barca, c'è un battello pubblico a un miglio di distanza.
Se hai mai avuto bisogno di una proprietà più grande con un bellissimo lungolago, ti preghiamo di dare un'occhiata alla nostra casa con 7 camere da letto sul lago Gaston con 4200 piedi quadrati, 180 piedi di waterfrontage e un'enorme darsena e molo su due livelli all'indirizzo http: // vrbo. com / 466.331

Just got home from our trip and it was wonderful! The condo was exceptionally nice! I had a question when we arrived and texted the owner. He responded immediately and was very helpful. You can tell the owner takes pride in this rental! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Super easy beach access and plenty of restaurants and stores around. As mentioned in prior reviews, it needs a few small fixes and updates, like towel bars and a new outdoor rug. While the inside was clean, the balcony was gross, unfortunately, though per the owner it should have been cleaned. Everything was well stocked, and we appreciated the easy checkout (no requirements to wash all the towels etc like some other rentals). We would return.

We had a nice time. Clean pool. Easy walk to the beach. Physical space needs some upkeep/updates. Handful of little things that seemed like easy fixes, just needs some attention.

We had a spectacular Holiday at this property. Oceanfront as advertised, with two balconies, easy access to the pool and the ocean; swam in the pool twice a. day, on the beach in stages from sunup to sunset and night time strolls along the ahore. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots pans and other necessities. The property is clean, with updated features, well maintained with easy access to the owner. Check in was a breeze, with detailed instructions and directions received ahead of time. We had a party of six adults, a four year old and an infant. There was ample room with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We moved to N.C. 15 years ago and have spent every 4th of July at the beach because the 4th is my birthday. We have finally found a VRBO that meets and exceeds our expectations. We will make this an annual holiday at this wonderful oceanfront facility. Thanks Daniel!!!!

If you want a beach vacation, this is the place! The view from the back balconies was absolute perfection. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Communication with owner was super fast replies with helpful information.

Wonderful vacation!
The property was great for our family of 6 adults and a 6yr. old. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and sound and things to do. We will definitely come again!

Overall nice place.
Nice place just couple issues that need attention. The shower and bath tub were not clean but we took care of that. Also, with this unit (not sure about others there), the walls are just too thin. We could hear TVs and talking at various times from the adjoining units, really only an issue late night when you were trying to sleep. Thanks!

Dunescape Condo Great location
Excellent location for biking, dining and enjoying the beach with fabulous views. Loved the 2 available private porches and 2 public porch locations. Pool convenience location.

The location was beautiful with nice beach access and, first floor walk up with luggage carts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The surrounding areas are great with amazing food and lots to do.
However, there were several issues. The listing showed sound, but that’s if you travel to another location if you want to fish, boat, etc. There is no wet bar as pictured, just a wine fridge with a countertop. We were sent parking passes when already traveling, told they had to be printed in color and to contact maintenance on arrival for assistance. Our check in was on a Sunday and there was no response from maintenance, I contacted the property owner and was told the maintenance people don’t work Sunday. We were then promptly confronted and belittled by the security officer who blew smoke in our faces and told me she would overlook it, but tomorrow we would be towed.
The property owner claimed he would come by with passes the following day but never came around. I got passes from maintenance myself.
Within the property, there are cosmetic issues expected with a rental, however the linens provided were 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes and a few pieces for the kitchen for a 9 guest, 6 night stay. We were told that if we used the additional towels or bedding it wasn’t included and would need to be laundered and replaced.
The pictures show a nice pool and what you might think from the aerial is a hot tub. It is not. It is a shallow kiddie pool. we were provided a code to access the pool area, but when we couldn’t get in, I spoke to maintenance and was told that the pool wasn’t open for the season. We couldn’t even sit by it let alone use it. When I contacted the PO, I was told “I wish you would have asked” and that they just aren’t open that early. With the temps of the ocean it would have been nice to have information on the lack of a pool.
I had no issue with tidy and sweep on exit rules, but the cleaning fee was hefty for very limited linens, 2 1/2 small baths, and a less than spacious common area. There are a lot of TVs and rokus attached. The internet was reliable, but struggled with multiple streams. The screen porch was damaged and let bugs in and out.
Finally, we had a pest control worker stop by one day, the microwave didn’t heat and emitted a melting or electric smell. We had to accommodate and electrician, luckily we were safe but there was no microwave or hood. I was asked by PO to set the unit aside.
All in all, just ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this great beachfront condo. The location was perfect and the views of the ocean were nice. We had plenty of room for 2 families with small children in the condo. Walking distance (about 1 mi) to the park. Perfect for our fall beach trip.

There always seem to be "embellished" features about a property. Not in this case. The property was excellent. Comfortable, the view was tremendous, and it had everything you would want. I would highly recommend this property!!!!!

This was my 2nd stay at this condo, and it was as enjoyable as the first.
The location (oceanfront) is perfect, and the condo itself is attractive and well-maintained.
I contacted Daniel, the owner, with some comments and concerns during my stay, and he replied quickly and helpfully.

Three bedrooms with Firestick tv in each plus large screen in open area. Good value for price. Bunk beds and bed in two bedrooms make space feel small. Front sitting area has a sofa and one side chair. Sofa should be replaced. Worn out. This area narrow so will fill crowded if more than three people sitting around watching tv. The wood panel floors were nicer than carpet would have been. My friend had the master bedroom. It looks out to the beach. Small, narrow balcony with two chairs. He complained that mattress was worn down in the center. Also, we had a hard time with the sliding screen in the living area not staying on the track. Owner helpful. Good option for two three adults. My biggest gripe is you can't check in till 4:00 and have to check out by 11:00 a.m. So basically you have only two half days of the five you pay for. Location right on beach with view from balcony over the sand dunes. Elevator for easy loading.
