The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and elegant although small.
The wifi did not work (the information on the leaflet did not correspond to anything).

* Close to town and easy to navigate on foot
* Good strong shower
* Nowhere to hang towels
* Only crockery were 2 cups - no spoons and no other cutlery or crockery
* Nowhere to put suitcases. A few hangers over two small shelves. A place to put suitcases to open would be really useful
* Room wasn't vacuumed or bits picked up from previous users

Good location in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from the historic center, and priced below average.
I would have given a higher rating were it not for the poor cleanliness—not so much regarding the carpet, but primarily the worn-out, hole-ridden bed sheets and frayed towels; one of the towels even had brown stains, so I used the ones I had brought from home. Furthermore, they forgot to refill the body wash dispenser, and the trash can was still full of the previous guests' rubbish.
