Bhaman, the owner, was very helpful when I lost my phone at the airport and let me use his. Its very pretty accommodation. Clean, comfortable and very affordable compared with other prices around Edinburgh.
there wasn't anything I didnt like

We received great service from the staff. We were able to check our bags in before our room was ready, so didn't have to drag them around while we were sightseeing. At the end of our stay the staff arranged a taxi for us so we could get to the airport EARLY.
The location was quiet, within a local neighborhood. Having a bathroom attached to our room was helpful.
The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet.

Was more than we expected
And clean
Comfy beds

Only thing my friend is disabled and she struggles with the stairs
Will ask for a ground flat next time

Location is excellent
Matress was very poor, I had springs poking into my back and had to use my duvet as a matress cover instead of covering me. There was no cleaning materials in the shower. The room was barely shielded from the rest of the lobby, basically opening into the hallway where everybody came in
