I loved how close this place was to both ballparks! The pool area was awesome—the lounge chairs made it incredibly easy to soak up the sun, and the vibe was perfect for chatting with the chill people hanging out there.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a good location for a Rockies/ Broncos weekend. There was a child travel bed in the closet for our 1 year old grandson.
Initial parking was a little confusing but easy once you know where to go.

Building was very secure. Location was OK. There was no breakfast
Room smelled of cigarette smoke

We liked the location, close to light rail and a park and dog park close to the building. The room was clean and comfortable.
Parking was limited for 2 couples with 2 vehicles. They will only allow parties to reserve one parking space. Any other parking is blocks away and they specifically tell you not to park on the street, as you will be ticketed and towed. I observed the parking police monitoring all the vehicles parked on the street, so parking is a concern if you have more than one vehicle.
