Perfect location

A bit of train noise because of closeness to train station

helpful staff. Great location for a first time traveller on a budget . right next to train station, food and supermarket. simple facilities but room was very clean and spacious and it was nice to have a kitchenette and a washer

beds were a tad hard but that might just be a preference

The location was great! Bunch of little eateries, a small mall with Uniqlo, supermarkets, etc., right outside. The trains station was a 1-minute walk (if that). 3x 7/11 and Lawson right outside.

We got room 504. This was not a nice room and a bad first impression. It had a very bad musty / damp smell. Stains on the couch and over the walls. We had to reach out to the staff to be moved into another room. The 2nd room was much better with no musty / damp smell or stains on the wall. Some stains on the couch but we used a spare bed sheet over the couch. The rooms are tired and could do with a make over the lights are not very bright. Not good for tall folks. At 6foot I banged my head on the entrance a few times and the low-hanging lights.
