Das Zimmer war 1A ausgestattet. Über den Waschtrockner und die Hosenpresse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben am Abend den Nahe gelegenen Park gerne besucht um die vielen tollen Eindrücke der Stadt Revue passieren zulassen. Shibuya und das Rahthaus sind Fussläufig super zu erreichen. An der Rezeption gab es Infomaterial auch auf Englisch.

Right near a beautiful park and short walk to shinjuku main area

Room was well appointed with very clean facilities. Pods were clean and comfortable with suitable bedding. Breakfast was well presented and ample.

I felt safe in this area. It’s not in a busy area so it isn’t loud or overwhelming. You can get here by train or bus. I recommend train. I like that they gave so many amenities! Super helpful.

We could not make the A/c work properly. My bed was falling over on one side on the mattress. Very small.

Reception area was very dark and noisy, loud trendy music. Room - typical Japanese hotel in terms of size, but too much furniture (unnecessary table & chair, but no wardrobe) leaving no space for cases and floor area for moving around. Bathroom - 8" step up into bathroom, really not safe, door opened outwards showing a lack of floor space. No instructions in the room for the TV remote control or the aircon. No information in the room about the facilities - restaurants etc in the hotel.

This area of Shinjuku is a very convenient area to stay in Tokyo. There are 3 underground stations within walking distance and a really nice park nearby. Quiet location and hotel with plenty of convenience food shops nearby. It's a business hotel so rooms are not huge BUT each has their own washing machine, sink and small hob should you need them. We stayed here twice, 2nd room layout was better than the first. Good showers, reasonable size bathrooms and helpful staff. We would stay here again if in Toyko.

Breakfast - not much to write home about and not really kept hot enough. Walk down to The Knot hotel bakery if you want some good bakery items for breakfast!

Great location, and extremely clean and comfortable in a budget price. They even kept some valuables I’d left behind safe till I could come back for them.

Great localization, shinjuku Chuo Park and Keio are just around the corner. The room is with closet, washing machine with dryer and small cooking area. The frontdesk are all very kind and always ready to help, 24/7.

With the hotel being a 15 min walk to central Shinjuku it was a perfect distance from the bustling area and only 2 min walk to closest metro with plenty of places to eat, Family Marts etc right next door. Larger supermarket is about a 5 min walk as is a wonderful large park.The hotel offers free coffee and luggage storage on day of arrival and departure. Besides needing a good dusting and some coffee marks wiped off the walls and chair, the room was clean.

YOU WILL NOT GET EARLY ROOM ACCESS EVEN IF YOUR BAGS ARE WAITING IN YOUR ROOM. We arrived early morning knowing we would not be able to check in until the afternoon so staff stored our luggage as expected. When we arrived back at the hotel at about 1:30pm and our bags were nowhere to be found the receptionist informed us they had already been taken to our room as the room was ready. Excited about finally getting access to a shower and some rest after a long flight we anticipated this meant we would be able to enter the room. The receptionist then left to speak to who I imagine is a manager only to come back and tell us check in is at 3pm so we have to wait until then and if we wanted to access the room early it would cost 1,000 yen per person. I know check in stated 3pm but I found this to be exceptionally poor customer service. Seeing as our bags were already in the room it would have made absolutely no difference to the hotel for us to enter the room 1 1/2 hours early but instead the rigid rule left quite a very negative impression. We did end up getting access at 2:30pm only because an elderly Japanese gentleman wanted to check in at this time and they didn’t want to make him wait in the lobby. The negative experience is such a shame because had this not have occurred I would return on my next trip.

everything was perfect. have to travel via train to get to the main areas but it was honestly super easy to get around.

The location is good, near a nice park and lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. One metro station 250mts away. The staff are nice as most people in Japan. The room has a washer machine, microwave and cutlery and plates.

I got a smoking room and the smell was horrible, it was my mistake and unfortunately no other rooms available. There is no cleaning and I stayed there for almost a week, only towels change at request. Feels dirty the room even though I am sure it was clean it must be due to the constant smokers there, curtains, blonds and sheets look stained. Pillows are super uncomfortable and aircon has a very bright green light that lights up the entire room at night, if you turn it off it feel very warm. Inside due.to the small size of the room.

Outdated washroom and heating/cooling appliances, washroom was a bit stinky and unclean upon arriving.

Amazing staff as expected from Japanese people. Very kind and helpful. As they are not primarily English speaker they had several notes and guides that made it very easy to check in. They were also very kind in making me use their ground floor facilities even after check out and allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored the city. Clean Rooms and had everything you need specially on the bathroom.

A little bit difficult to get to the place with the train from Shibuya.

Hotel located in a quiet environment but also very near to the metro station and have a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The room is big, neat and clean. The price of the stay is also reasonable.
