It was an amazing location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Super approachable for western tourists.
I was expecting the room to be a little bigger, but the overall quality was high.

The property is cute and the staff went above and beyond. The bidet didn't work in our room, and they addressed it quickly. They offered us a new room, and though we chose not to move to a new room when it couldn't be fixed, they offered kindly. I liked the clothes washers, they were clean and nice. The amenities in the room- coffee, etc - were very handy.
The air conditioner didn't work. We did not mention it because it was very hot outside that week (36 degrees etc) and we felt there was little that could be done. I didn't love that there is only a sheet and a blanket- it would have been nice to have a light cover (like a top sheet).

Excellent location right across the street from the Parco which contains the Pokemon Center, Nintendo store and many other shops. Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was friendly.
Rooms are small, but that’s expected when in a big city like Tokyo, so we didn’t mind

Staff was nice. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was quiet
The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable, even for japanese standards. The bathroom looked much older than the rest of the room and barely any water came out of the faucet in the sink.
