Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds and facilities equipped with everything necessary and more. It’s in Shinjuku next to everything, but quit and not in the most busy corner.

The staffs understanding of English wasn’t always great compared to the level of other staff in similar places. Rooms a little small - be aware. Pretty expensive, but I understand that’s the standard for the area.

The room was a single room rather than a room for 2 persons.

The hotel was a short walk from Shinjuku Station. My fiance and I checked in late with no issues. We did not have to walk far from the hotel to find amazing restaurants that were open after 10 pm. The room came with a washing machine. Although we didn't use it, this is a great feature for those staying longer. We were delighted that there was a microwave in the room! There is a 7-11 across the street and it was nice to buy food there and conveniently heat it up in the room. Will definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again!

Good size room, opens up luggage easily and has great facilities. All amenities there are superb, very nice welcoming staff. Got a room with a bath, and washing dryer that was so useful for multiple days.

Was lost in the direction for a couple of days, too many shopping and lights looked so similar everywhere. But it is great for finding everything in the footsteps.

I will not stay the hotel again because very POOR WIFI. You can't even connect to WIFI at all. I had to use my data to access internet. Please be considerate when you choose this hotel. Btw, I stayed in 3 hotels during my vacation in Tokyo. Only this hotel can't connect to WIFI:(

Excellent location, a few steps from a metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Shinjuku on your doorstep. Clean rooms and by japanese standards were a decent size. Must be good was our 3rd time

 Rooms were on the small side. It was a bit difficult to navigate in the room with two people and 2 suitcases.

Perfect location , in the heart of a nightlife area. a minute walk from the subway

The rooms are small but since we went touring all day it wasn't much of a deal. Breakfast is not continental but oriental , we didn't like it.

Hotel reception etc was good, rooms were shabby and in need of redecoration. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent; the comfort level is good and, for what i paid, the hotel met my expectations.

There is nothing that did not meet my expectations. This is a perfectly fine 3 star hotel in an outstanding neighborhood close to all the places I wanted to be. It is a quick walk from the hotel to Shinjuku Train Stations, a major travel hub, which was very helpful.
