Simple (but good) breakfast. That was the best of my stay. The room was OK for the money.

I could not sleep because there was a noisy party going on in the rooftop. The noise remained until way past 3 am. During that night, I contacted the front desk several times, but it seemed they couldn't help. As I was not being able to sleep because of the noise, I also asked if the party was in the hotel, so I at least I could try to join in. However, they told me it was in a different building next to the hotel. It was clear that they were not telling me the truth, and a private party was going on in the hotel. The day I was checking out, I wanted to pay for my stay with my American Express card. However, I could not do it because the Amex card reader was not working that morning.

There was a problem with an alarm clock that went off all the time. They quickly respond, and move me to a different room

This is listed as a 4-star hotel. It’s 3-star at best. Maybe 2.5. Very dishonest. I would never recommend this place despite the staff being genuinely friendly and doing their very best to be accommodating.

My wife stayed at the hotel and loved it. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was great. Next time we’re in the city we would stay again 😊
