Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.

Our family had an amazing weekend break.
The check in process was straight forward.
The house was clean and spacious and we had all amenities that we could have needed.
Owner was very responsive on some questions we had and Sonia was excellent in communications.
The views from the patio overlooking the beach were amazing, sitting out with a cold gin and tonic!
We will be back.

We had such an amazing experience staying at this beach house. Jack and Sonia were very helpful through and through. The property was so well maintained and it was equipped with everything one would need in a holiday home. The deck giving an uninterupted view of the ocean was the star of the property. I am already thinking about booking it for next summer haha..I highly recommend booking this place wether its just you alone, family or a group of friends, you are sure to have a good and relaxing time.

Well featured property but the first impression wasn't good as the area between the garage and the house needs to be cleaned up. There are many weeds showing and it just looks unkempt. Excellent beach position. There are small areas where it could be improved. The games table needs to be repaired as it is not fully functional and there was quite a bit of paint peeling off the floor boards in the main lounge. The foot pedal on the waste bin in the kitchen was broken. The bath mat was disintegrating and needs to be replaced - we reported this to the cleaners as we left. Overall, we had a most enjoyable holiday
