An excellent choice in Coimbra! João and his wife truly stole our hearts. We had a wonderful one-night stay and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, within easy reach of Coimbra city centre and the famous university. João gave us great recommendations for places to visit around the city, and his wife prepared a delicious homemade breakfast with so much love. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay truly special. What a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Coimbra.

Location was very convenient to the University and all the sights in Coimbra, The host was very welcoming and friendly, she provided great advice on restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was excellent and included fresh baked cake.
There is only on street paid parking, which worked out fine given our one night stay.
