Property was in a great location to points of interest and great cafe and restaurant scene
We were on the 3rd floor, no lift! Shower only had handshower working. No refrigerator not even a small one

The room is very nice decorated. They thought about everything that can help the guests. The bathroom very comfortable. Everything is new.
The location is perfect in the heart of the old city of Coimbria. But still with very easy access. It was a parking in a reasonable distance (10€)>
The interaction with our hosts was only via WhatsApp. But very responsive.
Our room faced the street, and in this case if you are noise sensitive you do hear some of the streets activities.
There is no working elevators so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Very clean, comfy bed
The other guests like to talk in the stairway - the doors are not very soundproof so it is noisy. I do not mind the sound from the streets - it’s the jnside noice that was very annoying.
People randomly walked into the rooms at various times without knocking- just entering the door codes
No possibility to decline room service

"La posizione è favolosa in pieno centro e nonostante la posizione centrale ricca di locali alla notte nessun rumore. Stanza ampia e molto luminosa. Struttura molto pulita. Non c’è reception"
