4 camere da letto completamente rinnovata casa moderna a metà del secolo nel cuore di Littleton. Pedala fino al centro di Littleton dove ci sono ristoranti, boutique pittoresche, sale da tè, birrerie, studi di yoga, parrucchieri, un centro ricreativo e soprattutto un negozio di cioccolatini! È a 20 minuti dal centro di Denver. Pedala o cammina sul sentiero del fiume Platte fino a Downtown Denver se sei avventuroso! 9 case di distanza è il sentiero del Canal High Line (un percorso di irrigazione ombreggiato di 60 miglia per escursionisti, jogging, motociclisti e cavalieri). Avrai i tuoi passi! Il cortile è professionalmente paesaggistico con un pozzo del fuoco, sedie adirondack, grill a gas di grandi dimensioni e un albero di pera incantevole (se è stagione delle pere!) La casa è luminosa e luminosa con il soffitto a lingua e scanalatura e pavimenti in legno. Ha un soggiorno con un camino a legna e una camera familiare separata con un grande schermo tv e via cavo. La casa ha una camera da letto matrimoniale king size, 2 camere da letto queen size e una camera a castello. Sono disponibili biciclette gratuite. Sei anche a soli 8 minuti dal centro commerciale Aspen Grove "Colorado's Premier open air village village" con 48 negozi e ristoranti tra cui Apple, Panera, Ted's Montana Grill e il cinema Alamo e il sentiero del fiume Platte. Questo percorso corre lungo il bellissimo fiume Platte e ti porterà fino al centro di Denver se dovessi scegliere. Lungo il sentiero o in auto sei a soli 8 minuti dalla fabbrica di birra Breckenridge. Cenare nel loro ristorante in agriturismo o visitare la loro birreria.

The house was great! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful backyard. Great place for our family to gather! Very easy communication process with the owners as well. Highly recommend.!

Great neighborhood that was accessible to trails and local amenities. Very comfortable for living and sleeping and well appointed decor that reminded me of my own home. Kitchen was fantastic and the main reason we chose this house. We needed to cook our own meals. The grill just added extra cooking space that we appreciated! Found a local custard shop, Andy's that rivaled our Wisconsin custard!

Home was clean and well decorated-comfy furniture.Layout is split level with the kitchen, living, dining on main floor.The upper level-master bdr,1 bath and 2 bdrms-the pink one and bunks.This bathroom is fine but needs brighter lighting and a new shower head.The lower level has the 2nd living, a restroom (shower-which is a little small) combined with laundry rm., and the other queen bdr.That room has a fan and stays cool.The bed is comfortable but does sink in slightly in the middle-still great for our son.Toiletry items provided were shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The kitchen was pretty well stocked.There was parchment paper but lacking seran wrap and foil.Our kids liked having a fooseball table but half of the men aren't working and there's no pucks for air hockey so the playing was short lived.We did enjoy bocce ball.The bedrooms all have closets and some hangers provided which is great.The main issue that caused me to not give 5 stars is because of the the AC.It would do a hold to a set temperature and no amount of troubleshooting allowed us to fix it.We like it about 70 degrees especially at night so we were hot-all except our son downstairs.We did utilize the box fan provided to help some and left the kids doors opened.The master bed was too plush for us.Tried taking the topper off but then it was too firm for my husband.It was nice to be near trails for evening walks.I'd recommend the house if you need to be in Lttleton and if you actually prefer a warmer house.
