The staff in the evening were rude, doesn't understand English and the hallways smell like odor.

Clean , breakfast ok and nice decor.

1. NOISY DOOR HANDLES AND DOOR LOCK. IT WAS DISTURBING TO REPEATEDLY HEAR THE BANGING IF DOORS ALONG THE CORRIDOR. 2. NOISY FAN. THE SIZE OF THE FAN IN THE APARTMENT LOOK LIKE IT WAS FOR THE WHOLE FLOOR AND DISTURBED OUR SLEEP. 3. SHOWER HEAD IS FIXED AND THERE WERE NO HOSE. I COULD NOT ADJUST THE HEIGHT WHILE UNDER THE SHOWER WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR OUR BABY. 4. CONUNDRUM AT 2am IN THE CORRIDORS WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP AND WOKE US UP. SECURITY HAD TROUBLE WITH SOME OTHER GUESTS BUT IT WAS TOO LATE AS THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY DONE. DISTRESS CONTINUED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR WITHOUT CALM. SHOULD HAVE CALL COPS EARLIER.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Le parking est juste devant (et gratuit). Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était spacieuse et les lits très confortables. Il y avait plusieurs serviettes dans la salle de bain et un grand choix de café, thé, chocolat... Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition du lit pour bébé.

Le fait qu'il fallait payer par CB la caution (double du tarif) alors que ce n'est pas précisé sur la réservation.

Overall experience were excellent. Supportive staff. Silent area. Silent room with no disturbances. Good net connectivity. Business support facilities are also excellent, which helped me to work in the early hours of the day, by using the dedicated business support area located near to the reception. This helped me to effectively perform my UAE office works, despite the fact that I was on a different time zone.

Much more privacy to the Business support facilities located near the reception, is highly recommended.

Swiming pool was very cold and very dirty I didn't use pool as water was fool of paper and so cold

The room fee was 270, but I was charged 850, and I haven't been refunded yet.

I would think that a hotel of this brand would have a rotary toaster as a two slice toasters that are slow doesn't cut it.

Large family bedroom with 2 very comfortable beds and a sofa bed. Nicely furnished and decorated in a modern style. Very good service and tasty complimentary breakfast. Great swimming pool and fitness room. All family enjoyed the two nights stay.
