Staff were fantastic.
The restaurant/Bar is not open on Sat/Sun which makes it difficult to get food if you don't have a car

The hotel is well-presented, with ample parking and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Adding a greater variety of breakfast options would make the experience even better.
I was asked to make a deposit at check-in, it would be helpful to clearly communicate the refundable security deposit requirement before check-in. Providing this information in advance would allow guests to plan accordingly. The deposit was conveniently refunded to me at check-out.

Poor service. The staff member was not cordial and could not explain the charges applied to my credit card; furthermore, charges were made even after I had checked out, and the hotel has not responded to my inquiries regarding the reason for these charges. There were items left by previous guests on the floor of the room, indicating it had not been properly cleaned.
