Having a smoke balcony, every rainy day they have free umbrella which is cool. They have a tiny sweet shower duck which I was taken. And the location is really amazing. If you going to Tokyo for the first time the hotel is really good for beginners and advanced people. You can visit every popular location in 20 to 30 minutes with train really easily
Most of the receptionist is really cool and help me all the way so I’m grateful for them. But one of the receptionist is like beefing with me and hate me when he sees me around here.He is a little bit rude but that’s okey for me

Good location and close to metro lines. Great staff also.

The location is excellent and only a short walk to several train lines and many restaurants and bars. My room was compact but great for solo travellers. I’ve stayed here on two occasions now and have it tagged as one of my favourites for staying in Tokyo. The coin washing machines are fine and there’s also a good laundry around the corner if the machines are busy.

Location is great, specially if you want to wander around Akihabara at night (which is great if you don't have time in your trip schedule for shopping). Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
You simply can't open your window, not even a tiny bit - they blocked it completely for "safety reasons". I have some respiratory allergies, so I like to ventilate my room when I get in, and they made it impossible to do so. If they're worried about safety, they could leave just a gap like most hotels do, not shut it all the way down.
The reception is on the second floor, and you get in the elevator through an entrance in the street, so probably for "safety reasons" the elevator mandatorily stops on the second floor every trip. Just a bit of delay getting to your room and out, but it gets a bit in your nerves if you stay for multiple days.
Room is a bit too small, the stay was quite expensive, but you'll find those problems everywhere in Tokyo.

"La posizione super (ad Akihabara), l’essenzialità e la cortesia del personale. Il letto (una piazza e mezza italiana) mi preoccupava un po’, ma alla fine in due ci abbiamo dormito bene (era anche molt..."
