Excellent location. Walking distance from more than one metro station. Lots of big stores and malls for anime/gaming stuff.
Laundry service was quite poor. Washing machine was ok but dryer was very dirty (need a new filter!) and left lots of lints (beside still getting my clothes basically wet after 90minutes program)

The room was clean and had enough space. Staff was attentive and helpful. The room had everything needed, toiletries and the like. I paid for but did not end up trying the breakfast because there was just so much other good food nearby that i wanted to try. The late checkout feature was appreciated.
Finding a gym nearby as a little difficult at first and more expensive than expected but ultimately worked out.

Loved the location of this APA hotel, right on Akihabara's main street. It also had restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The staff was always friendly and hospitable. As expected, coming from an APA hotel.
No complaints. This hotel had everything I needed.

The room wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bed and bathroom.
