One of the nicest properties we've stayed at during road trips. The property was beautiful, comfortable, updated.

Great location right next to highways. Clean but not exceptionally clean (hairs in the shower).
A housecleaning cart sat in the hallway for a full day. never moved. That was weird.
I know that are short staffed with housekeeping because I overheard the staff talk about it while I was checking in.

Great location, stylish, great value and location. Also, LOVE the fact it’s a real 2 bedroom hotel room with full on kitchen
Doesn’t have the greatest insulation so you will hear your neighbors.

I liked the rooms. They were very clean and had all the necessities of a short or long term stay. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea.
The only minor issue I had was the vending machine had no water.

Very accommodating and Edward (I think) the maintenance guy was amazing. Our TV’s went out. He worked on them for almost an hour and it was past his shift.
I set up housekeeping for Wednesday, the seventh day of my 8+ days and no one showed up. It was disappointing.

I enjoyed the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I also called in to modify my reservation a few days prior to arrival and was pleased at how efficiently and graciously everything was handled.

Staff were fabulous. Security is tight. Laundry facilities were great. Bathrooms had fantastic water pressure in the showers. Coffee machine was so helpful. Clean apartment with superb attention to detail.
Would love to have food options in the building.

It was a comfortable home away from home and a good value. Felt safe with front doors locked after 7pm and only accessible by key card.

The rooms were pretty quiet for a hotel.

It was very fresh and overall very clean. I loved that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable.
I wish the beds were queen size and not doubles. It’s a little tight for 2 adults but they were very comfortable beds.

We really like the property, is more like an apartment that a hotel. Make me feels like home. No Breakfast included but the coffee machine and the fireplace AMAZING!
