Office staff and office dog Mac were awesome! Caribbean property was very nice and location was great. Unit 603 needs some work. Tub was broken. Needs a fresh coat of paint. The furniture was terrible!

The condo itself was nice and had a great view!! Being that you pay $170.00 for a cleaning fee, it should be a lot cleaner. The pots and pans, dishes and silverware were dirty. There was food left in the cabinets and fridge. The walls behind the bunkbeds were very dirty. The balcony only had two chairs which was a bummer because the view is spectacular! There is no garbage chute, ice machines or vending machines on the property. The pool is a great size, and it was kept very clean. The best part of this property would be the access to the beach. My mom has COPD so the very short walk to the beach was awesome!! The only reason I will not return to this property is the nightmare parking. The parking is almost non-existent, and anything larger than a sedan or small SUV is almost impossible to park. I will, however, use Bender reality for all future bookings. They are so kind, helpful and find a solution for anything you may need!!! Thank you, Ladies, at Bender Reality, you Rock!!!

The actual condo itself was nice and had a great view of the ocean. We seen dolphins as soon as we got there. One of the sliding doors to the bunk beds was broke but told the facility and said they would fix that. The things I did not like was the parking. VERY limited parking at the site and one night a security guard just told us to park on the side which was hardly any room but then left a note on the window telling us to move it. Had to pay an additional $20 for another car parking pass that they said had to stay at the Bender office which was a little less than a mile down the road. No one told us there was parking right across the street. There was a small sign we finally noticed later on the week. Also, the entry way to the pool and beach was through a gate in the small parking garage they had reserved just for certain rooms. And there was parking in front of the gate so if the person who parked there parked too close it was difficult to get through.

My husband and I enjoyed our quick stay at this property. There was an occasional “skunk” smell, but that’s not the property owners’ fault. The furniture isn’t beach-y, but that is clear from the pictures, and also the owners’ prerogative… I would stay in this condo again.

The view at the condo was great! however, there were several things that definitely need attention. In the master bathroom the toilet bowl brush in the corner was very dirty, an orange color. I mean a toilet bowl brush is a $1 at the dollar store. Also the bath tub was not clean. There is a place in the bath tube that as visually been patched. I wouldn't let my little ones sit down in it to bath. The furniture in the living room has not been maintained and cleaned appropriately. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes, however there were dirty dishes placed in the cabinet like they were clean! Also the table and chairs that are shown in the picture on the balcony is NOT at all in working condition. There was one seat sat up however the seat was almost out of it.

The room was nicely decorated and it was clean. It was smaller than we expected though. We could not run the dishwasher because it created a very horrible smell that made my husband gag and have to leave the unit. The smell somehow would linger in the half bath beside the kitchen. It was like a sewage / rotten food smell. The indoor pool was advertised as heated and it was not. We did not get a key when we arrived and had to ask for it when we went back to the rental company the next day. The key was needed to get into the pool bathrooms and the indoor pool so that was a disappointment because we were going to take the kids to the indoor pool that night we arrived. The indoor pool looked bigger on the pictures but it was very small too. There was not enough parking and it was advertised as having at least one space for you to park your vehicle. There was parking across the street but trying to cross the street if you had to park there was not fun or convenient. especially at night or with kids or trying to carry things. Overall it was decent but I feel like it was overpriced for the issues we encountered and our disappointment with the above. The satellite disabled our access code an hour early so we had to prop the door open to finish getting our things packed up by 10am checkout. This was another inconvenience and nearly resulted in us being locked out. We will not stay here again for the price we paid, it was a disappointment.

Location of unit was wonderful but the building itself had mold in the bedroom that made me sick with respiratory infection. Decor was nice and amenities were nice except that the steam room was out of order and the sign looked like it has been out of order for a very long time. View was fantastic from balcony but chairs on balcony were uncomfortable.

Our stay in The Caribbean 603 was absolutely wonderful! The room was our favorite so far. It was clean(as always), but the carpet just made it even better. The only complaint we had was the temperature of the indoor pool being tampered with by an unknown person. My wife and I enjoy going at night but the water was either freezing cold or very hot. Bender Realty staff was very kind and fixed it in a timely manner but I think the temperature controls should be locked so no one could adjust it. We visit the Caribbean every year and will continue to do so as long as possible.

Our trip to Gulf Shores was well needed with mine and my wifes busy schedules with our 1 year old. The Caribbean condo was awesome and it even had an indoor pool that we could take our son at night or in the heat of the day. The weather was in the mid 80's which made it perfect to lay out on the beach and just enjoy the view. The staff at Bender Realty was extremely nice and recommended some amazing places to eat.

We have stayed in unit 603 for the last 3 years for our vacation, the staff at Bender realty is always very nice to work with and the unit is always clean and inviting. it has everything we need to make our vacation complete! the view of the Ocean is wonderful, I cant say enough good things about our experience.. looking forward to many more stays in this unit!!

Love,love,love the location of this rental! Just a few miles from the 'T'...away from the big crowd, yet close enough to walk/drive to shops and restaurants. The beach is just steps away! This is a 6th floor condo and the balcony views are amazing! The building was clean, quiet, and safe. Check-in/out was a breeze! Staff were very friendly. The condo itself was super clean, plenty of linens, and kitchenware. It was just 2 of us, but a family of 4-5 could easily enjoy this unit. We will most definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful, perfect weekend!
