Elena apt

What a fantastic property. Immaculately clean and more spacious than expected. A superb elevated location and a really nice swimming pool with fantastic views. I have already recommended to a family member who has booked the property for next year.

The only aspect which was not as good as all the others was that the beds weren't particularly comfortable, but this did not detract from our stay.

The apt is fine BUT the information to locate was not clear. We wasted about 45 minutes looking for the apt. The description says apt but the location is villa. Furthermore you need to look for “The White House” to check in. I voiced my frustration to the British woman in the office. She clearly didn’t care about my frustration in not locating the property. Furthermore instead of assisting us to locate the room she sent her employee who did not speak a word of English, to help us, explain the parking, etc I felt like she did this on purpose. Not a good way to treat guests on vacation when they have come from far away and paid good money.

Attitude of the British administration.
