Loved the location of this apartment. We were able to walk to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. The apartment had everything we needed. Great kitchen and laundry room. Clean and safe location. The beautiful back yard area was very nice for relaxing in the evening. We are both over 50 and loved the ground floor cnvience. Definitely better than staying in hotel....and a parking spot! Host was fantastic at communication.

This is our 3rd stay at these properties and it is a great location for visits to Warner Bros, Universal Studios, La Brea Tar Pits, Shopping in Burbank, and withing 1/2 hour of downtown LA for museums. The apartments are VERY well appointed with all you need for your stay and very clean. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. I only took off one point because the mattress in this unit is starting to sag. I am sure the host will replace it soon, as we've never had an issue in any of the other units in this property.

Location was excelent and the place was also nice. Our only issue was with the person staying above us. They were making noise all night and making it difficult to get a full nights rest.
