The unit includes private parking, hardwood floors, central AC/heating, new kitchen, front load washer/dryer, new bathroom, cable TV, wifi, backyard with BBQ, and cooking essentials. The building is set in the prime media district of Burbank, the media capital of the world, home to Disney Studios, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon and NBC.

We had a great stay! Super close to Universal Studios which is why we were in the area. Property was clean and check in was a breeze. The owners were great with any questions we had and always responded promptly!

The place was actually better than I expected. The location in media city around corner from Warner Bros. Studio tours, and just a couple miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Several restaurants options a few blocks away to walk to, and Wholefoods nearby. Area felt safe and clean. Place is really cute inside and all the amenities were there to make the stay very pleasant. Full kitchen, laundry, dishes, silverware, cleaning items. Back patio yard is nice to have as option and bbq, but we didn’t get a chance to use it at our stay, will definitely stay here again if we are in the area, and I have recommended to other family members for when they may come to town.
