Do not stay here!!! Roach/bug infested, horrible bed and disgusting carpet!!

I come to this area every year . This was my first experience at this resort . I would love to return to it next year . Parking was amazing . The pool and hot tub were always clean . The unit was decorated as presented and was stocked well with bath towels. Everything was available for a very comfortable stay

The property was as expected based on the description and pictures. It is a bit dated but lots of space and had everything we needed. Location is perfect with great ocean/beach view and easy beach access. Beach is amazing. Walking distance to John's Pass Boardwalk. Communication was great as well. We liked being on the 2nd floor, could easily use stairs if needed. Also, unit is very close to elevator. Good size parking area. Has a pool and hot tub, but we did not use it as we were there strictly for the BEACH! A few minor Cons: Had to pick up check in packet at another location a few miles away, which was not ideal. Bed was fine with one person, but with 2 people we would roll to the center, and we are not large people. A new mattress would be a welcomed update. Tub didn't drain well, but not a huge deal. No water pressure from the vanity sink faucet. Overall we thought it was a great stay, and we would stay there again. *Note: We got beach loungers/umbrella from Beach Boys. Highly recommend.

Maintenance man and the cleaners were a lot of help and very nice.

Loved the condo. Loved the view. Everything was clean and very nicely kept. Only problem was the tub drained a little slow but we didn't care. Excellent water pressure in shower though. We will be requesting this same unit next year.

The condo was just wonderful. Decorated really cute, bed was very comfortable. It being right on the beach was such a treat!

The overall property is well maintained and clean....our unit needs a major overhaul....the kitchen sink is disgusting....the tub was unsafe, we had to purchase a bath mat to prevent falling.....the bed mattress is obviously very old and sags to the point only one of us could sleep in it and then not well.....I slept on the sofa sleeper and that was miserable....the pillows were stained ...I wanted to cook breakfast n found several of the cookware dirty.....wanted to press an outfit for dinner and the iron did not work.....the phone did not work so our kids were unable to call us.....I would have liked to do some light housework as I am a bit of a neat freak but there wasn't anything to clean with.....no cleaning supplies.....a dirty broom and a vacuum that barely worked.....the bathroom facet stainer was so clogged the water was barely a trickle.....tried to clean it but not very good....1/2 of the bedroom closet space was taken up with a folding cot which looked very old and dirty, wouldn't use it.....the check in process was absolutely ridiculous.....we received an e-mail that was suppose to explain the procedure but was poorly communicated......we had to go to 3 different locations before we got the written instructions with the codes for entering the property.....very frustrating to say the least.....

The grounds and surrounding property were fine, unfortunately Sea Breeze 205 not so much. The unit was clean and had everything as described, but the unit is dated and not as pictured in VRBO. The check in process was ridiculous. Had to drive to Holiday Villas III in Indian Shores to get a piece of paper; out of a lock box in the parking garage, containing the codes for the elevator and 205 front door. This could have easily been emailed to us like our friends was who rented another condo from an individual Sea Breeze owner the same week we were there. The unit is in need of some maintenance, i.e., the front door sticks badly but all appliances worked fine. Washers and dryers are located only on the 4th and 7th floors. The pool/ hot tub area was always neat and clean. The beach was wonderful. We have been vacationing in Madeira Beach for over 45 years and have stayed at many of the condos along the beach. While the exterior of Sea Breeze condominiums look very nice and its location to Johns Pass and the beach is appealing the condo was not what we have experienced in other buildings where we've stayed.

Our dream vacation was ruined due to COCKROACHES in our condo. I killed 1 found in our bed took a photo of it and sent it to the property manager. Found more in the kitchen each night. We slept on the pullout couch 2 of the 4 nights after finding a COCKROACH in our bed. We Kept all our clothes and luggage in our vehicle afraid of bringing them home. We lived life homeless people during our trip. I immediately contacted management sending my photo of the dead COCKROACHE asking for a partial refund. I feel it's fair receiving a refund for the 2 nights we slept on the pullout couch. ZERO response back from management.

We loved our stay here. The room was very clean and ready for us to come in and enjoy. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful beach views. Nice pool area. Close to lots of dining and shopping. The staff was pleasant to work with as well with any questions. Thanks for the stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Only slight knock is the bed is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that great experience and I recommend to Couples or families. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at this location! There was an amazing fireworks show right in front of the condo on the beach on the fourth! Owner was very informative, especially as we were there during Hurricane Elsa! Kitchen was well stocked! Loved being right on the beach! Pool was clean and cool! Within walking distance to John’s Pass.
