Cleanliness of the hotel and room. The owner and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is close to the station, yet quiet and peaceful.

The view of the Skytree was great and the area was quiet but not far from lively areas. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent.
Nothing.

The sky tree view was nice.
I was expecting it to be bigger than what we had and that was exactly why I booked it in the first place. We wanted to spend our last two days in Japan feeling comfortable and home. However, it turned out to be like a hotel room but with less services. Considering the price I felt catfished.
