The location was very good, the view was amazing and the flat had absolutely everything we needed.
We were 4 people but the table had only 2 chairs as a result for food we needed to take turns.

My favourite stay of the Japan trip! We booked the best room and had our own room on the top floor for just us! Had an AMAZING view of the Sky tree tower. Comfortable beds and great amenities and bathroom space! Also had a massive balcony for us all to enjoy the view! Would definitely book again!

The room was nice in a good location.
They made the check in unnecessarily difficult. When messaged about it the hotel had poor communication (it took a long time to receive a response and the response didn’t offer a solution but merely referenced their hotel policy). We were unable to store luggage at the hotel. Worst of all I kept receiving messages after my stay to leave a review with recommended ranges about how I am allowed to rate the hotel. One message is fine, but multiple is a bit much.
