AIMA Asakusa East

we absolutely loved our stay at aima asakusa east! it was very close to the station, convenience stores, restaurants, and shops. the staffs are also very accomodating and pleasant to talk with. they also resolve issues very quickly. the room is exactly the same as the pictures provided in this listing and is really big for its price! i really recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable yet large place in a convenient location to stay in tokyo. we would definitely stay in this hotel again once we go back to japan! thank you to the team of aima asakusa east!

Excellent location, walking distance to the Asakura station. Well equipped with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Very clean. Bathroom amenities are available from the front desk.

The quilt and pillow were not the most comfortable, but that’s just a personal preference.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was especially great. Although it is right next to Asakusa, it is just across the river, so the area around the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. At the same time, you can simply cross the bridge and be right in the heart of Asakusa’s main sightseeing area. Getting around was also very convenient. We could travel directly from Narita Airport on the Access Express without any transfers, and the Ginza Line made it very easy to get to Ginza and other parts of Tokyo. The building was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. The staff were very kind and gave us clear and helpful instructions. We also really liked the amenity system, where we could simply take whatever items we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!

Do not hesitate to book this place. The property is situated in a very nice and safe feeling local area (important for a solo traveller) - the staff were very friendly and helpful and available 24/7. They helped me in forwarding my luggage to another city, and when I was feeling unwell. You have free tea/coffee sachets and amenities you can pick up from reception too. Lift access to all floors. Water is provided in the fridge. The room itself is exceptionally clean and has everything you could ask for. WiFi worked well, the drying feature in the bathroom for clothes was really good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very Delicious Soba restaurant (Tsune) round the corner - highly recommend. Asakusa station was like a 4-5min walk with a pharmacy/drugstore on the opposite side to it. Very nice walks by Sumida River.
