Great location, very near the train station and Old Town of Zurich. Room was quite comfortable. I was worried about how this hotel would turn out after reading other travelers’ reviews but the hotel worked out great for our short Zurich overnighter.
Others complained about it being noisy…well, you are going to have noise from the very close train station…but it was remarkably quiet with the windows closed up.
There is a free luggage storage room but it was amazing filled up! The check in process is a little confusing. It is a contactless check/out system with the computer located in the very nice cafe located on the ground level of the hotel. The people working in the cafe are very pleasant and helpful.

Very smart and comfortable but a safety issue that we had to take up with the management. It was not possible to fix the problem during our 1 night stay but they ensured us they would fix the problem in due course. A solution was offered but we weren't able to take advantage of it.
It is a self check in hotel which worked well but with a problem to sort out it took too long for someone to get back to me to sort it out.
A few things could be improved which we shared with the management. I will not mention them here in the hope that they are sorted out.

Good location right by the train station. Clean.
It’s not really a hotel - there are no staff - the self check in is laborious and annoying - there were 8 people waiting to check in at 2pm so it took ages for everyone. There are no staff and the waiting staff in the cafe ignored us - there was a private event in the evening so the bar was closed. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The location, steps away from the bus and train stations
Lack of customer and personal service. The hotel is small, no actual front desk. If you encounter problems you need to call reception of the other hotel. Also NO AC. Originally I wasn’t aware my mistake though for no checking prior to booking.

"Tutto: camera stupenda, calda e accogliente, bagno spazioso, posizione ottima: a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni e da quella degli autobus! Perfetto!!!"
