Well located hotel with a lovely restaurant, accommodating/kind staff and an eclectic feel! The room was spacious and clean.
Unfortunately the lift was out of order and the rooms are a little bit tired from a decoration point of view. Also impossible to charge phones/laptops if main light switch is off - not sure it’s the best value for money.

Great location on the edge of the old town, charming room with a peaceful view over the river & a comfortable bed.
An easy walk or a tram ride from the main station.
Eat at the onsite restaurant or choose from several great local restaurants, like Burgstein's Gasthaus Penalty.
Shops & supermarkets are nearby.
A common room with a coffee machine & a private terrace overlooking the river was nice
The intercom & keypad for access after hours was a bit niggly.
