Great design and large layout apartment, way bigger than expected. Beds and bedlinnen were really comfortable.
No elevator and we were on the third floor. Very tiny small staircase. No luggage storage.

The location was great, the apartment like photos: clean, spacious and well equipped…will return next time
The stairs are difficult especially for kids

Location was great. I had some issues to check in the link was not working but fortunately AFTER a few failed attempts with one of your employees. (It was a lady dont recall her name) , then Ariel was more efficient with the process and walked me through the process and solved the issue with the link promptly. The place was well situated , in the heart of Barcelona.
The other guests where very loud , which woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. The terrace was gorgeous, however the sofas where dirty... during the day it was pleasent but at night there was a few cockroachs crawling around. Which made the experience not so pleasant. The wi fi was often disconnecting . Quieter fans. The washroom deserved ventilation.
