The Studio is in a lovely spot with a great garden and a private patio. There are plenty of walks nearby and a friendly pub serving good food a few doors down the road.
The Studio had nowhere comfortable to sit and watch TV or read a book. We didn't realise the attached cottage was also booked at the same time which meant parking was a squeeze. The Studio was very bright in the mornings due to floor to ceiling glass and white blinds at the windows, so take an eye patch if you want a lie in.

The communication - excellent. Being disabled some time things like access, beds and bathrooms are not as easy to manage, however very easy for me at the Studio.
The Sussex mosquitos!

Great bed, lovely peaceful location
Lots of black beetles inside property ( more than fifteen) both in shower area and also came out from under the fridge at night . Thankfully they didn’t climb up into kitchen prep area.
