Spaziosa casa accogliente con cinque camere da letto con vista mozzafiato del suono. Ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia. I tuoi bambini possono tuffarsi nell'oceano, nel suono o nella piscina della comunità.
Nuovi mobili da cucina / granito, freschi dipinti, nuovi pavimenti in legno in tutta la casa e moquette in due piccole camere da letto al piano di sopra.
La casa ha finestre panoramiche che si affacciano sul suono, una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, veranda riparata più un ampio portico con vista sul suono, doccia esterna, e un sacco di letti confortevoli, include biancheria e posti a sedere spaziosa in tutta la casa. Pontile per barche e Atterraggio direttamente accanto alla casa per un facile accesso per i paddle board, il lancio di kayak o un WaveRunner.
Affitto da sabato a sabato in stagione, e-mail per richieste speciali.
Un breve blocco 1 1/2 a piedi verso l'oceano con un percorso pubblico direttamente sulla spiaggia. Carrello da spiaggia per refrigeratori e sedie incluso.

What a great vacation!!Communication with Sherry, the property manager was clear and concise. She helped with our questions. Very thoughtfully stocked (and clean) house-- beach gear, bikes, crab traps, kayaks, linens, well stocked kitchen, great appliances, and two air condition units. It even had fire ladders and a fire blanket. We appreciated that, a ton, as we've recently had a fire at our home. Very important detail that many owners miss. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you. Location is perfect. Quiet back road that was walkable and peaceful. Walked to the beach everyday with small kids, with no problems. Watched the sunset from the porch. Outdoor activities with no travel. Ghost crabs were abundant at the closest beach access!Plenty of space for our family of 5. Could comfortably fit many more. The king size bed was not comfortable in my opinion, but I found another bed that i liked and slept in it just fine!The fishing was not good, as the sound is very shallow, so catching reds, founder, trout was non existent. A lot of little bait stealers (pin fish and crabs)!! We did catch stingray (not skate) and plenty of shrimp and blue shell crabs, which was fun. Maybe based on time of year or tide, someone could have better luck than we did. We are not professional anglers but we do consider ourselves better than average!Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to other families!! Thank you

Property location was great! Loved the dock and short walk to the beach! Also loved the fact that there were fishing stuff, kayaks and bikes there for our use. When we arrived the home was not up to par as far as cleanliness. Had to clean before we moved our stuff in for the week. The upstairs was way worse than the downstairs. Actually found a piece of glass in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It was in plain view! Looked like the bedroom floors upstairs had not been vacuumed in a while. The shower upstairs was also nasty and had a lot of hair in the drain. Lots of smudges on the windows. Someone needs to find a new cleaning service! The beds were not very comfortable either especially master bed.
