Check in and out was very simple and smooth. Communication with property was easy and through text with prompt replies. Pool and Hot tub were very nice. Great area to stay. Only complaint was the laundry. most if the washer/dryers are based on an app you have to download. And the internet was not always available while in the laundry area. That made it hard to get laundry done.

Excellent property and report area. Hot tub and sauna make for a great evening after skiing.

Fantastic location! Close to mountain and town: everything very accessible. Unit very well equipped. The bed in the loft is terrible. It’s like a marshmallow.

We checked in around 7:30ish and the key that was left for us was not the key for the place. We tried opening for few minutes and had to call the property manager. They tried locating their after hours help and someone showed up around an hour later and gave us the right key. Shower heads were not the greatest. Mattresses were okay and not the most comfortable. Could have used some more utensils. Location was outside of town so for Glacier visit, you have to go through town and for skiing, its only a few minutes away. The complex was quiet and we didnt get a chance to use the pool, etc.
Overall, decent experience with few opportunities.
