Ótima localização, apartamento completo com decoração impecável.
O isolamento das janelas não é bom, da pra escutar todo o barulho da rua e do hall de entrada do prédio (literalmente parece que as pessoas estão dentro do apartamento com você), não tive boas noites de sono no apartamento.

Su ubicación, funcionalidad y comodidad.
El día de salida pude disponer del apartamento hasta mi partida, con lo que no tuve que buscar un guardaequipajes.
Que al estar en la planta baja no tenía casi nada de luz y ni vistas al exterior. No fui capaz de hacer funcionar la calefacción.

There were bugs-cockroaches at the room when we arrive some of were dead. Lots of dead bug on the ground. I have photos too about these. They had not clean the room. That night we couldnt stay at the room, we stayed at another hotel. Other day they change the room to upper rooms. Upper room were good. But They should pay me first night back but they didnt do that.

Everything was ok.
At the begining we received the appartmenrs on the ground floor.
It was not convinient for us.
After conversation with property staff they have found another solution for us.

Location was excellent.
This place felt very insecure and exposed. We felt like we were staying in a spare room off of a hotel lobby. The room was s box with 3 glass doors poorly shaded from the lobby where numerous people came through at ALL hours of the night. With each entry, the exterior door would alarm, lights would come on, loud conversations, etc…I repeat…ALL through the night! The exterior door was a wooden wobbly unit and our room code was 1234! We had the feeling the hose was never changed between guests. The bed was uncomfortable and there a was inadequate supply of towels and toilet paper for the ; days we endured. Despite the central location. I would definitely not recommend a stay here. Definitely our worst lodging experience to date.

The location was perfect, the apartment was clean comfortable and beautiful, it was overall a perfect stay. Communication with the host was also efficient and helpful. I noticed that other reviews said there was no washer at this property, that is incorrect. The washer and dryer are up on the room and easy to use.

comfortable bed and the most comfortable sleeper sofa ever. kitchen had enough utensils we actually made some of our meals there. Great location.
I’ve already spoken to Manuel, so hopefully this will change- but the apartment has a large window and doors with windows that are lightly shaded and face into the central courtyard. whenever anyone was in the courtyard the motion detector went off and our apartment was lit up. not very conducive to sleep! once this is fixed it will be a perfect place to stay!

I liked the location, close to sights and shopping and it was accessible to many areas

We were on the grand floor adjacent to the lobby and street.
The window on the street had broken venetian blinds that would not open to let light in, but, if they had, everyone at street level could peer into our room The two other windows opened onto the lobby, so they had be covered to also ensure privacy. We were never alerted to the fact of the lack of light in this suite. Our four night stay was somewhat claustrophobic.
Also, the bathroom was a fantastic size with a large shower. We had no problem with it, but it was designed for someone who has mobility issues. Again there was no mention of the bathroom’s design on the web-site.

Great location! Very conveniently located in the heart of Old Seville but quiet, not in the touristy area. Nice layout with kitchen and large table, great for working remotely. Would return when we're back in Seville.
Perhaps the bathroom drain could be better.

location, location, location , virtually new, spacious apartment ; very comfortable for two : plenty of power connections ;
it is in the heritage area which is a positive but if you have a lot of baggage you need to walk with it to the apartment
could do with a toaster and being a person that loves their coffee a better coffee machine & better coffee
all these can be addressed!!

The location was very central in the heart of the Old Town, and the host was very friendly and sorted things out quickly, communication before arrival was great.

this apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a brilliant location
i loved the apartment however to be perfect it needed a few other things

Excellent location, the house is tucked away in a small alley. Very clean and stylish interiors, very smooth communication with a host who was very accommodating to my travel schedule.
It‘s more of a recommendation than something I didn‘t like. Consider some larger pillows and perhaps provide oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen for short term stays.

Easy entrance and check in
Property said it was deluxe and with balcony but it was a dark studio apartment and the only windows were into the lobby. I felt the apartment was t very comfortable - no extra pillows for the very hard bed and also found broken glass on the floor which made me think it wasn’t cleaned well.

Very bright window by the staircase which meant every time people got into building you get the light and whole room was bright in middle on night

The location was great, right in the center of Seville, the appartement is well equipped and nicely decorated.
Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a single window on a narrow street, it was very dark and particularly noisy at night.. also the mattress was uncomfortable so we didn’t get much sleep.

perfect location in the old town, walking distance to everything worth seeing. lots of amazing restaurants ans tapas bars near by. the host was incredibly helpful, the building is newly renovated and so pretty, and most importantly sparkling clean. would definitely return !
The only downside is that, although on a very quiet street, sometimes at night you might hear loud tourist from around the block, late at night. but nothing too crazy.

Very well furnished. The communication was very smooth and responsible.
We got the room in the ground floor. All the noise caused by people entering the house was heard plus the lights from the floor were always waking us up, while someone entered the house.
