The apartment was confortable, very clean and well equiped. Quiet at night. Customer service quick to respond the only ocassion I need them.

Nothing I dislike but as a sugestion, the main room has no mirror and will gain alot hacing one large if posible.

Super mooi appartement. Hele fijne ligging. Echt alles was op loopafstand. Midden in het winkelcentrum dus ook geen last van auto's. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.

The apartment was in an excellent location in the main tourist area but was really quiet, away from traffic and crowds. Access was straightforward. The apartment was clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable. Aircon was excellent. Facilities were good. Would happily stay there again.

It was unclear where we had to get rid of rubbish. We had to wander around clutching a bin bag looking for the disposal points.

The location was good in the centre of the old town. All kitchen appliances were new and clean as was the washing machine which is in the bathroom. There was plenty of crockery and glasses. Well furnished. Good communication from the managing company.

Although the square footage makes the apartment sound huge a lot is taken up by an entrance hall and a long corridor linking what should be the master bedroom to the rest of the apartment. So we used the second bedroom off the living room, which was small, to be closer to the bathroom at night if needed. We knew there were no street facing windows - but the living room was very overlooked by another apartment on the same floor that had a terrace right next to our windows. Luckily the residents there did not use the terrace otherwise we would be severely overlooked. More lighting is required so that the lack of natural light is not noticed so much. There were maintenance issues such as the toilet roll holder not being firmly attached to the wall, the kitchen sink tap was plumbed in the wrong way round, the living room door had no handle and would not stay closed, the safe did not work without a key and it was missing (although it was promptly provided), no chopping board or tea towels for drying hand washed dishes, the electric front door could be temperamental. Finally, we were told a little while before our trip, and after the cancellation period had ended, that there was building work in the vicinity. This started at about 06.30 and included loud hammering and drilling from 07.00 every day we were there.
