Pleasant experience, however it did leave us with a feeling, that some things could have been updated and cleaned better. Most bulbs were out, and we did not have lighting in most rooms. More extra blankets would of been nice, as it was very cold during our stay. The big window in the main living room was completely fogged up that you could not see the view. The place could of used a good dusting.Otherwise the house is in a great location. Few blocks from the promenade, and the short walk to the beach was nice. We very much enjoyed using the fireplace every evening. Thanks so much!

Cozy cottage with everything need for a fun friend’s reunion. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location.

This home was everything we hoped that it would be! A great location that's steps from the beach, walkable to downtown Seaside (about 15 minutes), and on a quiet street. It's very much a beach home that has great charm. It has everything that you need and is a wonderful place to stay for families. One thing to note for mobile impaired individuals, there is only one shower (on the first floor).

Location was excellent but very disappointed that the house did not deliver what was listed and in the photos. No fire pit. No picnic table. See photos. Had to beg for forks (there were 4), beach towels (told it wasn’t a “beach property”), dishwasher repair, a frying pan that wasn’t warped. Only 3 windows had screens and sills were filthy, and the sole shower’s grout hasn’t been repaired for what appears to be 20 years. House is great for a weekend, terrible for our 2 week stay. Major renovations needed. We made do but house is overpriced for its condition.
