Nice location across from the river which has a walking path along it, on the other side of the road. Room was nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was a little sparse. However the person in charge of it was very nice and helpful.
This place has an absentee landlord, there is no-one there when you check-in and out. You get two codes, one to the outside door, and one to the room. It would have been nice to meet a person who can tell you about the area and answer any questions. They do give you a phone number to call if you have problems checking in, but very impersonal.

It was beautiful, a b@b on the river.
Not a thing.

Pretty surroundings. Pretty building.
Staff were curt, acted like guests were an inconvenience, breakfast was mediocre.

"Bellissima struttura in una storica villa georgiana sul lungo fiume e vicina al centro di Harrisburg.
Colazione a scelta tra tre menu diversi.
Camera ampia e confortevole.
Vista mozzafiato sul fiume.
