The location.

Our accommodations were in 1/2 of a mobile home in what felt like a construction zone behind the main hotel. The A/C (Heater) was loud, water pressure was abysmal, and the beds were uncomfortable. The sink didn't have hot water, and was rotting out underneath.

Awesome! Friendly atmosphere with fellow travelers chatting as new friends in the evening twilight on the common porch; clean well appointed room with all the amenities (fridge with freezer!) yet decorated in sync with the natural beauty of the surrounding Vermillion Cliffs colors and rawness; comfortable beds, sheets and towels; great location for pictures! Night skies are amazing!!

Right by the road so there was a little noise but it died down by the time we went inside the room.

Amazing accommodation, very clean and spacious. Nice for stargazing at night and a great spot for hiking the marble canyon. Free ice for your cooler.

The place is clean, and no touch check-in. It has a nice view of the mountains. There is a bar but no food--restaurants are a mile away at other hotels nearby.

We arrived at the property but it was all closed up at 1630. a notice stated that no food was available due to staff issues. We managed to stay locally in another B+B. The landlady there told us that others had been let down by Lees Ferry Lodge.

It was clean and quiet. The views were beautiful. It’s in a remote area. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was tiny but worked.

The easy check in and out. The room was charming. Very quiet. Great having the bar on site for a relaxing glass of wine after a long day.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

No eatery on site. You have to drive 2 to 3 miles for a bite to eat. Some herbal tea in the room would be nice.
