The property itself was great. We had no issues checking in or out. The beds are not super comfortable, but being a vacation rental I didn't expect it to be. The people staying in the unit next to us smoked a lot of weed inside their unit and we could smell it in our unit, but we weren't in our unit too much so we just dealt with it. Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again!

The condo was very spacious and accommodated 8 girls easily. We went for my Bachelorette party and it was an awesome time. The condo at night is fairly quiet and a good pool for daytime! Definitely recommend this place!

The condos are very dirty. We had to clean upon arrival. The floors needed swept, dead bugs everywhere. A big spider web on the ceiling in the living room. The porch was covered in cobwebs and dead mayflys. The dishes were dirty from the previous guest, like put away filthy. Everything needed cleaned, washed and disinfected upon arrival. We rented sheets and linens and the sheets had holes in them. The pillows are disgusting and the beds are uncomfortable. We woke up with hip and back pain every morning which is not something we usually experience. The floors felt like they’ve never been mopped. Just overall a very disappointing experience at a premium price.

The Condo was clean and well maintained. The two bedrooms had enough room for our needs. The living room and kitchen were large enough and comfortable. Did not think I would use the washer and dryer but it actually turned out to be a nice amenity which I used quite a bit. The condo was convenient to downtown. The unit looked pretty much like the pictures on the website. Would absolutely recommend to friends as a great place to stay.

Rental property plus is their awesome location. It's right on the lake and people are always there keeping the place clean. One thing that would be better from management stand point is that you can place linens and bedsheets for your pool view rooms also, I understand you mentioned before we booked that you don't provide those, but for the cost we are paying I think it wouldn't be a bad idea and keep them in pool view rooms also. Other than that everything good..

Overall it was perfect! Love the atmosphere of the rental property. It is in a perfect location. We stayed in condo #5 and it nice. The floors were pretty dirty but we’ve had worse in other places. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Everyone was very kind.

Property was communicated as having a partial view of the Lake and a Poolside view - neither were true. Property was adequate but not as clean as we hoped. Would look elsewhere in the future. It served the purpose of a place to sleep but views were extremely disappointing. Carpetting in the hall was filthy. Wrong golf cart brought to us - we paid for a 6 seater and they brought a 4. Staff told us there was an elevator...they did not tell us the elevator was only for another building.

There was some miscommunication between AirBNB and the property - however both sides were fairly responsive. They forgot we needed sheets as we booked through AirBNB and they gave us the wrong size sheets. Otherwise place was clean. During the day the onsite staff was easy to contact.

The door didn't even shut right sometimes. The outlets in the kitchen quit working after a day. A puddle of vomit was left on the patio for 2 days. There is no beach access, which you would expect on an island. The only bright spot was the friendliness of the cleaning crew. I called the owner and was told that I would receive a call back, waited an hour and a half and called the manager instead and the manager told me that the owner told her no call was necessary. When we arrived, we should have known it would be bad, when we tried to call to ask how and where to check in and no on answered the phone for over 2 hours. Then, to top it all off, I was charged almost $140 dollars more than the amount that printed on my receipt when I booked it. Needless to say, We will never go there again or deal with this company again, either. We should have turned the car around and left as soon as we got there and demanded the money back. We only stayed because I was hoping things would get better, but they didn't. Save your money and go somewhere else. The cheaper hotels wouldn't leave vomit on the ground for days, and if they did, at least you didn't pay $2-300 a night to look at puke.

Good rental for family
Our family of four with two teenaged kids spent four great days in Put-in-Bay. This condo #5 was perfect with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool had lots of lounge chairs and tables/umbrellas. Location is near the airport and under a mile to the downtown area. We rented a golf cart and used it to get to restaurants/shops, etc. Easy rental and check in process. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay at island with pool view and individual bbq spot for guest but do bbq before sunset cause lot of insect came and ruin your party after sunset . Otherwise stay and rooms ore clean and professional.

First, the staff was attentive to concerns but were unable to resolve the multiple issues. They were kind and responsive offering to fix stuff but, concerns should have been addressed prior to our arrival.
Front door did not close properly. The carpeting up the stairs was filthy and stained. The “Fire Alarm” pull was “pulled” at the bottom of the steps.
Kitchen: disposal was inoperable. Multiple cabinets were missing screws for the handles. Dirty dishes were in the cabinets. Several dishes were cracked. When I opened the window to get air, a swarm of dead bugs blew in and I had to clean the floor and window jam. Neither of the two vacuums worked.
Living room: the screen door to the deck was not operational. The bottom was not on the track at all. I had to drag it to open and close it. Window was filthy.
Bedrooms: There were several gouges in the walls and a huge hole in the bathroom door. Maintenance claimed it was from the weekend customers and that they hadn’t had time to repair it... The mattress covers were dirty as well as the bed comforters. We had to wash all of these when we arrived so we could use them that evening.
Bathrooms: The shower curtains were the wrong size and again were filthy with some sort of scum or dirt on the bottoms. The toilet rocked.
Grill: was dirty, I had to clean it before using it. The outside looked well maintained but the inside hadn’t been cleaned well in some time.

The unit was clean and comfortable. There was some confusion as to the location of the property as there was no street sign to indicate where to turn. There is no check-in desk or lobby which made it even more confusing. I was actually helped by another guest of the property once we were able to locate it.

The condo was spacious, well laid out and in a nice area. The room was rather dirty and not well taken care of. Upon arrival the bathroom looked as though it had just been sprayed down with a hose, the entire thing was wet. When wearing socks or having bare feet on the floors, your feet would be covered in dirt. The one bathroom had the towel holder missing from the wall, half the toilet roll holder missing and looked as though someone had tried to punch a hole in the door. For as much as the condos cost, I was assuming the cleanliness and overall upkeep would have been better....

great place to stay. great maintenance staff (especially brad,tony, and georgio.)Didn't feel like the the floors were clean in either unit. We stayed in 2 different units within a week and we had to wash our feet at the end of the day because they were black from the floors.

It was good to experience. The rooms were smaller than expected furnishing outdated for it to state newly remodeled. Also didn't realize bedrooms weren't equipped with t.v's. First and last time going on Christmas in July weekend. It was handful to deal with trying to enjoy what P.I.B had to offer.

Office workers were very helpful when I couldn't access my entry code because of poor internet connection. The master bath had a broken towel rack and toilet paper holder. Several of the light fixtures were full of bugs. There were questionable stains on both headboards in the smaller bedroom, along with lots of tiny dead bugs on the nightstand. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was very nice.

If I had it to do over I would stay closer to the "strip" downtown. The property was reasonably manicured and I was not ever uncomfortable, we made use of the grill and there was plenty of room for my good-sized group of bachelors. Negative feedback is as follows: 1) NO WIFI!!!!; 2) No window in master bedroom (which may be illegal); 2) unit was in some disrepair, e.g. towel rack fell off the master bathroom wall, handle to kitchen cabinet was loose; 3) security was a little overzealous w/ enforcement of quiet time; 4) downtown is a bit too far to walk and the cabs aren't a very good deal. Family w/ a car, go for it! Partying in PIB, this is probably not the best option.
