Questa casa ben aggiornato è stato completamente ristrutturato da cima a fondo. Le due camere dispongono di un letto matrimoniale. Ci sono 2 bagni completi. La camera familiare è in realtà una terza camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e fold-out divano letto. La zona giorno dispone di un bel camino in pietra, cucina completamente attrezzata che accede a un grande ponte privato per il relax e barbecue. La casa è completamente attrezzata per le vostre esigenze in vacanza. C'è la connessione wifi a casa e l'accesso al molo Homeowner Association (la chiave per accedere al molo è a casa, $ 200 se persi). House si trova vicino al sistema di pista ciclabile e area ricreativa Kaspian. Non lontano dal Sunnyside Resort, dall'area sciistica di Homewood, dal West Shore Cafe, dal Firesign Cafe e dai mercati locali della West Shore. * Deve avere 4 ruote motrici e pneumatici da neve per accedere a questa casa in inverno.

Everything was perfect. Nice quiet location, close to the lake and only 10 minutes from Tahoe City. The house was spotless and very comfortable, with lots of towels, pillows, blankets etc. Loved the king sized bed. Would be perfect for one or two families, or three generations. And so reasonably priced. We enjoyed it very much!

The cabin itself was perfect & home-y. However, in order to receive check in code, I needed to sign a document which was supposed to be emaied to me. I had a busy work week and missed that I was supposed to do this. In addition, the doc was never emailed to me in the first place. I did not realize this until 5pm on Friday as I was trying to check in. The cabin check in time is 4pm and the rental office closes at 4:30. There is a 30 minute window where you could get help if needed. I called the back-up number provided twice and they could not help, only forward my request to check in to another agency who was supposed to email me back. My brother luckily guessed the lock code on the pin pad. If he had not done that, we would not have had a place to stay. It is now 2 weeks after my stay and I still have not received the follow up email which was supposed to be sent from the phone calls I made the day of check in. I could have averted the situation by filling out the docs in advance but around the holidays with work, it slipped my mind. I do think the management company running for a vacation rental business should have after hours and weekend support considering that is when most guests need it. The cabin itself was a great stay - clean, cute, & cozy. I would recommend the cabin but not the management company.
