6 bedroom luxury house with private pool. One block from beach.
3003 Cameron Blvd è a solo un isolato dall'oceano che è solo a circa 4 minuti a piedi. Questa casa unica nel suo genere ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare in un ritiro sulla spiaggia! 6 camere da letto, 5 bagni (3 completi / 2 parziali), un bellissimo portico grande e una piscina privata con un ampio patio. Quando fa buio, porta il gruppo all'interno e goditi l'area bar e il tavolo da ping pong nel garage. Questa unità a pianta inversa ha una cucina su misura al piano superiore con una stufa a gas. Goditi la vista sull'oceano dalla veranda sul tetto (accesso dalla veranda al secondo piano).
Ascensore con accesso dal livello del suolo. Lavatrice / asciugatrice e biancheria incluse. All'esterno comprende una griglia a gas, cortile recintato, patio coperto, doccia esterna con acqua calda e piscina privata. La piscina è riscaldata a un costo aggiuntivo di $ 350 e deve essere effettuata al momento della prenotazione. Cavo e Wi-Fi inclusi. Non fumare o animali domestici.

This house was absolutely perfect for us!! I’m extremely picky about places to stay as far as cleanliness and enough comfy seating in the living area, enjoyable outside areas, comfortable beds and spacious rooms! This house had it all! The check in process was extremely smooth and the house was spotless when we arrived! There were 12 of us including 7 adults and 5 children ages 11, 8, 4, 4 and 2 and we had plenty of room! The screened porch off of the den was an hit and there was room for us all! The elevator was a lifesaver for luggage. There are several little “nooks” if someone wants to get away to read or have a few minutes alone. The master closet could easily house an infant in a pack-n-play! The eating area was large. The cooking area was pretty tight but everything else made up for that! The pool was a GREAT size with an attached shallow area for the littles! We were told it couldn’t be heated but it was so that was a great surprise! The backyard and patio are very spacious unlike a lot of beach homes with pools. We took 2 golf carts The ONLY thing I would suggest is that if you have very small children, bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs that is attached to the main living area. It made us really nervous since we had a 2 year old.

The house is in an awesome location and is a great layout so everyone has their space. The yard and pool are nice and there is privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a number of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for a day at the beach. However, the house needs some serious TLC. Seemed as if it has been rented back to back without having a deep (needed) cleaning. Also, some mattresses are worn and need replacement. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and there was a bikini bathing suit top at the bottom of the pool and a pair of false eyelashes on the patio next to the pool. Some of the pots and pans needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky. The burners on the outdoor grill need replacement. We were also surprised that some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some were missing hand towels. And carpeting in bedrooms could use some steam cleaning. With some needed TLC this would be an awesome beach vacation home and we would recommend it. (NOTE: We did contact the rental company the morning after we arrived about the pool and they did send the pool company over to clean it. We did not contact the realty company on all our concerns as we were there only three days.)
