Kitchen cabinets, wood floors. Toilet paper holder in bathroom missing. Knob on washer pulls off when you want to start it, should be fixed!When I reported the women’s underwear on the stairwell I was told that the cleaning people probably dropped it after gathering items left behind!!! Not a good answer!!!! Just glad I found it and not my grandkids!Overall we enjoyed the house!

Our Anniversary stay was fabulous! Plenty of room for all 12 of our friends & family! Just a short walk to anything! The only issue (that probably can’t be fixed) is that the house could stand to have a larger porch. We all love to sit outside & talk & laugh & such! Otherwise, the place was close to perfect!

We loved our stay at Isle of Palms! We were walking distance to the beach as well as food. Plus catching a ride with Uber was very simple! The property was spacious for our group which was made up of married couples and single friends. We each had our own space and never felt on top of each other. We opted to eat at the house most meals so we brought our own food. The kitchen has items to cook, but we did end up washing a lot of dishes to be ready for the next meal. So if you plan on cooking you may want to come prepared. We had no issues with our stay, and would love to visit again!

Upon our arrival, there was no heat on the main floor, as it was cold out. It took over an hour to speak to a person, not in India or one who hung up on us, before we could attempt to rectify the situation. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a good location however I would not rent this home again. 1) The 7th bedroom (twin beds) located on the 2nd floor really isn’t a true bedroom. It doesn’t have a closet and you have to go to one of the rooms to access the bathroom. 2) The carpets in the bedrooms are quite dirty and need to be cleaned. 3) the jack and Jill bathroom only one of the sinks worked. The other was clogged and the water in shower took forever to drain. The house has potential but needs some updating and a good cleaning.

Had a great experience staying at this home in Isle of Palms. Every room was clean and there were appliances/glassware available for usage. The shared pool was great when we took beach breaks and each time we had the pool to ourselves. Would certainly recommend this property to others.

This is an ideal location for walking, biking or taking a golf cart to the beach/shops/restaurants. Slept 3 families easily. Allowed early check in - property managers communicated promptly. Just an FYI there are no beach towels and they were strict on the 10am check out which is very early and can be challenging.

Also, very close to Sullivan's Island and downtown Charleston. The house is in need of some major updates especially on the first level. The hardwood floors are very worn and the house could use a fresh coat of paint. The floors do not look like the picture at all. The second level floors were so much better. The balcony is small and needs to be painted. There was trash under the steps walking up to the front door which was so unappealing. The rugs in the bedrooms need to be replaced or cleaned better. We had two shower heads replaced in two of the bedrooms and a sink unclogged in one of the bedrooms.The ice maker was broken and the dishwasher wouldn't stay closed. Island Realty was awesome and was very quick to respond. I wish I had requested that 3 of the shower curtains be replaced too because they had mildew on the bottom. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms were broken too. It seems the owner doesn't take pride in his rental home which is a shame because the location of the house is great and the house just needs some tlc.

Great location for families with little kids- beach, pool, playground and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of room and beds in the house. Bare bones without any extras- 1 towel per bed, no beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, salt and pepper etc. Definitely more a rental company run vibe than family run. Rental company didn't answer phone calls or vrbo msg prior to arrival, had to text to get response. Was not as clean as expected (sand on floor when checked in, cigarette butts all over the driveway and a few on the way up the entrance stairs, a lot of pots and pans needed to be washed before using, bathroom rugs hadn't been cleaned). Overall though was very affordable for the area and we had a nice time! Would book again, just not luxury.

The white sheets in one of the bedrooms had stains on it. There was also a lot of bugs. The housekeeping supervisor was very rude. They do not allow for late checkout even though they advertise that you can ask for it. Someone was supposed to call me before I checked out from Management to discuss issues and I never received a call. Otherwise, we made the best of our stay, great location, minutes away from the beach. Lastlt, one of the guest left her engagement ring and it was shipped back to her, so that was honest of them.

It was near the beach and close to the little town area. When reading about the house we were excited that all of the bedrooms had TVs but were very disappointed when we couldn't watch anything. I spoke to the maintenance department several times and each time he said that he would contact the owner to get pin information or information on how to watch the TV. He never did. We also had to deal with a leak from one of the showers down to the eating area. The small bedroom was a little disappointing. Really was not much of a room. Might have been nice for small children but there was not a bathroom that was located centrally for the small bedroom. We did have a wonderful time and will definitely visit the area again.

Pool closes mid October so expect to hear neighbors enjoying their own personal pool while you sit outside on the tiny deck of this house. There's little to no outdoor space at this house.
