The property had everything you could need and all the amenities were pretty straightforward to use. Given how cozy the property is, an excellent job has been done to make sure the space is utilised perfectly without anything feeling cramped. The bed was divine and loved the pillows too. The bathroom was just the right size and loved the French doors and skylights. Although we didn’t partake, Andy provided a generous breakfast and the Pump House was very well stocked with provisions. Next time we’ll stay longer to take advantage! The Pump House was extremely thoughtfully done (with excellent mod cons) and we thought better than some of the larger and more expensive places we’ve stayed at. Worth every penny and some! Would definitely recommend a stay if you’re in the area!

It was a lovely little studio cottage in a lovely quiet country surrounding. Very well equipped and breakfast provisions and food supplies were excellent.
The added personal touch of fresh flowers on the table was a much appreciated addition.

Clean and tidy with good facilities and a comfy bed. Generous fresh food left for breakfast including various cereals, fruit, bread, bacon and eggs. Nice touch with fresh flowers on table.

A cute little studio apartment in a very quiet location. The hosts were excellent and provided recommendations for nearby places to visit/walk. The kitchen was stocked with various breakfast items and snacks.

Amazingly good.
The facilities and service were exceptional. Lovely location, huge comfortable bed, lots of good quality food and necessary toiletries. Andy, the owner was readily available to assist if necessary.
My wife and I were attending a nearby wedding and the Pump-House was a welcome retreat.

The weather was fine so the short walk across the grass field wasn't a problem. Welly boots are provided for wet days.

So much attention to detail in the accommodation and with a welcome food pack. Generous and thoughtful.
Out of the control of owners but midges biting during the night and couldn’t have windows open for that reason. The air con was available but noisy and not as effective as an open window.

Location, peace and quiet. Property was exactly as described and more. The extras in the property from plenty of quality breakfast items, snacks, etc, to fresh flowers in a vase. Also the excellent and friendly communication with the owner Andrew and his attention to detail. Superb value for money with simple instructions regarding all amenities inside and outside the property
We could not fault the property and its amenities and location. We are seasoned travellers of the UK and the world. The Pump House met our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, value for money, quiet and pleasant location

It is a small space with a huge outside area. No space for a wardrobe. Fine for a weekend. Not so good if poor weather or longer stay.

Excellent choice available in fridge and cupboard including strawberries yoghurt bacon eggs cereals and fresh orange. Excellent parking. Everywhere was so quiet and restful.

The whole set up, location was excellent you were a short drive from many places to visit and it was exceptionally quiet at the end of the day. The owner Andrew couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The accommodation was compact without anything missing and an array of provisions in the refrigerator. 10/10

Beautiful location and superbly equipped accomodation. The hosts were very helpful with tips for the local area, things to see and places eat etc. And none of them disappointed.

Very quiet location, well stocked fridge and small but more than adequate accommodation. We will definitely want to stay here again when next in the area.

A wonderful example of how to make a quart out of a pint pot
The modern renovation and careful and clever design of an old pump house in the spacious grounds of the property has been a great sucess . Every need catered for and a comprehensive array of breakfast goodies waiting in the fridge. Ok it's only small but don't let that put you off.
