2024 remodeled historic Lake Michigan waterfront Union Pier home with spa.
Beach House restaurata in stile Art Déco, con pavimenti in legno rifiniti, camino a legna, una grande spiaggia sabbiosa privata (di proprietà della spiaggia) sul lago Michigan, una cucina all'aperto sul lago personalizzata con due tavoli da pranzo, grill, scalda pentole, wet bar e capitano del vino . Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio privata con la privacy o goditi il gazebo personalizzato sulla spiaggia, arredato con un divano letto del divano, perfetto per sonnecchiare i bambini piccoli se scegli di essere sulla spiaggia. Professionalmente decorato con mobili chic di qualità costiera. Nuovo nel 2016 un sistema di intrattenimento musicale Sonos con audio surround dentro e fuori oltre a due televisori al plasma con Blue Ray.

The location is Perfect!, nice quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown Union Pier. Layout of house was perfect for everyone, from 3 month old grandson to 89 year old Papaw!! Loved the view from inside the house and from the deck! Gazebo on beach was great! Christopher went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

Was very nice given the storm that hit a week before.
Our need is a bit of a different layout........the kitchen layout with the open stays....we remedied with a chair laid over the entrance, We wish you the best with the repairs and thank you for not cancelling us.

Loved beach location and proximity to restaurants and Red Arrow highway. Wonderful linens and towels. Nicely furnished. Christopher helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub. Great beach chairs, umbrellas. Charming gazebo. Listed as 4 bedrooms but one "bedroom" is part of the basement. House is 90 years old and basement is clean but has the distinct smell of damp. We could not feel good about anyone sleeping down there. Owners need to address damp and refresh outdoor kitchen and bathroom in main bedroom. Need new stove as well in kitchen. Only 1 burner worked. Would stay again if we didn't need the 4th bedroom.

Wife and I and 3 teenagers (14, 17, 19) spent 4th of July week. House exudes character and had everything we needed. Sonos was great and used a lot on deck and hot tub area. Rented kayak and paddleboard from Outpost Sports. Chris took care of and was very helpful with local recommendations. Deck has firepit for marshmallow and smores. Impressed by lack of bugs as owner sprays for mosquitoes.Location is perfect with fantastic views of Lake Michigan from deck, gazebo and beach. New Buffalo to south and St. Joseph to north are nice towns to walk and explore and satisfied my wife and daughters shopping needs. Recommend Timothy's for dinner - food and service outstanding. Would come back again.
