This was a great place for a family trip, plenty of comfortable seating, a fantastic view of the ocean, and lots to do even in bad weather. From 4 years old to 90, we all had a great time.

This is a beautiful and well maintained home with everything you need. We were really impressed by the entire experience from checking in, to our time spent at the house. We’re a large family and do a couple of these trips a year. This house is definitely the favorite amongst everyone in our household. We’d love to stay here again!

My group has rented various properties in Lincoln City for the past 10 years for winter and summer get togethers. This property has topped them all. From the amenities provided, condition of the home, location and responsiveness of the owner, we couldn't be happier. Even with a 28 hour power outage, we were comfortable with the gas fireplace to stay warm and available lanterns for use. The owner cares for his home and you can see the effort -- pleasing room paint colors, interesting and fun art work, luggage racks for all bedrooms, updated TVs and media, games, puzzles, ping pong, foosball, kitchen utensils galore, binoculars for whale watching, a huge dining room table for eating and gaming...this space was perfect for our group and we were impressed with the furnishings and all the bathroom bonuses like steam shower and body shower. And finally the view with large windows from the living room and hot tub - wow! A big thumbs up to this beach house and to the owner who was very responsive and to the property manager who also stopped by to check in on us. 5 stars all around!

The home has a million dollar view- fabulous! Great spaces for togetherness or quiet contemplation. Perfect location for accessing beach and town. 4 instead of 5 stars due to linens needing refreshed, lack of rugs by doors, leaking toilet with repair pending after our check out. Overall you will enjoy your stay here.

This property is incredible and so well appointed! From hot tubbing under the stars to a few competitive games of ping pong we had a blast. Our only disappointment was that the fireplace in the main living space did not work. Kent tried his best to have it repaired during our stay to no avail. He is a wonderful host and very attentive, and the fireplace issue was certainly not something he could control.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness is that we had to pull out couch cushions in search of something, and it was clear that they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. In addition, the freezer could’ve used a wiping out- all minor issues!
Kent Tylman was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the booking. I would recommend the Blue Moon!

We celebrated a couple of birthdays and a 60th Anniversary. A lot of room for everyone and had room for more. Had everything we need and more. The best part was all the windows across the back of the house to enjoy the beautiful view. I would highly recommend this house.

Excellent experience at Roads End. Large well kept home overlooking the ocean. Easy walking to the beach. Comfortable to sleep with the white noise of the waves. Nice town with good food and fun. It was just what we were looking for.

This was our second stay at this wonderful home at roads end. Kent was great to communicate with. I can’t even think of anything the house lacked…. Plenty of space for large families and the kitchen is amazing!

This is a well-equipped, well-maintained home. The view was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The description of the property was very accurate. Although we brought many items with us to use in the kitchen, we needed nothing as everything was provided. If we were to return to Lincoln City we would want to stay here!

The location was perfect with just a short walk to beach access plus beautiful bluff top views. The house is comfortable with space for everyone to spread out for privacy or get together and play games and have meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. We spent a full week with 13 adults, one infant, one toddler and two dogs. The house was amazing especially for a group of our size. I loved the home being dog friendly!! There is two main floor bedrooms, which worked great for my mother and aunt who are in their 80's and our daughter in law who is currently in a leg brace. The upstairs had plenty of bedrooms and we used them all. The bathrooms were large with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the kitchen and prepared many meals there for the whole crew. We had 6 vehicles and had zero problems with parking. Access to the beach is a short walk. We did drive the older ladies and they were able to do the walk down to the water from there. All the people we came into contact with were amazing. Location is great. We had to call Kent the property manager regarding a few minor details but he was kind and made sure all was taken care of quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Extremely well-kept. Plenty of room for our group of 15. Tons of bonus amenities. Plenty of parking as well. We had our dog with us as well and the wood flooring throughout made it nice and easy to keep things clean. The host had lots of thoughtful touches like towels for the pup and the kitchen had everything we could want which made meals here delightful. Oh and did I mention the floors were heated? Yeah; they thought of everything.

Family from N Carolina, Texas, and Oregon gathered together for family time. There was plenty of room to spread out but also to be together. Great spaces for kids and adults. Hot tub was awesome! We loved the location, beach access for 3 year old and older adults with bad knees was excellent. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. We flew kites, boogie boarded, golfed, built sandcastles, ate lots of seafood, and had our own wine tasting. We made great memories. Thank you for sharing your home!

First time my wife’s family had done an Oregon Coast vacation and they had the experience of a lifetime. This house is built for big family vacations: numerous bedrooms, a huge family dining table, comfy furniture, two washers and dryers, the best stocked kitchen on the Central Oregon Coast, and every beach must-have: firewood and s’mores sticks, a big propane grill, shovels and buckets to make the ultimate sand castle, a ping pong table for hours of fun, books and games, and two big decks and chairs galore for watching those beautiful sunsets. Short walk to public beach access and the gorgeous, fun Road’s End beach, close to Safeway and the outlet malls…perfect location. Owner is super friendly and kept in touch before and during our visit. Just book now, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect! Half of us came from Texas where it was 100 degrees and the other half came from central California where temps were 110!! We couldn't have picked a better week.
The views were incredible. We hiked to God's Thumb and we those views were worth the sore legs and tired feet! I highly recommend. Proximity to the beach, restaurants and casino were perfect. My 91 year old grandmother had a blast at the daily visits to the casino! We got to see the deer daily in the neighborhood, too. Everyone we came across was so friendly.
The house had everything we needed. Little things like hand soap at all the sinks were a plus.
Kitchen was well stocked. We were a party of 10 and it was very comfortable. I would stay here 10x again! Kent was quick to respond and very nice.
We lucked out and got to see the kite festival too!!! That was a great bonus. We did the ATV rentals at Tsunami ATVs that was super fun. All in all, we had a great trip!

This was our 6th annual Mother-Daughter Beach Vacation. We all loved this house !! It was very well equiped with everything anyone would need !! Including the beautiful ocean view !! The fire pit outside was an enjoyable plus !! Loved the hot tub ! The whole house was fabulous !! We all loved the spacious rooms & furniture ! We all loved the amazing kitchen & open concept. We all enjoyed the awesome bathtubs & showers ! We all enjoyed everything about this property !! Thank you very much Kent !!

Road’s End was the perfect place for the 11 of us adults and one 20 lb. doggie. We had three generations with us. Three couples in the king beds and the 20 year old grandkids were able to spread out in the other rooms.
The view is spectacular. The beach is a short walk down the road. The grandparents didn’t walk with us. The rocky access was a bit challenging for their balance.
Grandpa loved going to the casino (5 min drive) every day. Nana had a family foursome for golf at Salishan. Uncle made wonderful meals on the gas bbq. Auntie got to enjoy the hot tub.
This house had something for everyone, including a much used cribbage board. Exactly what we needed for my parents 80th birthday bash.

This was a perfect setting for the women's retreat that we had. The only thing that could have been better was housekeeping. There was still sand in the sheets and bedding had to be washed upon arrival. The house is beautiful and the décor is relaxing. The ocean view is breathtaking!!

The most fantastic view of the 10+ stays we've had in Lincoln City. The master bedroom with fireplace was our favorite. Hardwood floors in the d/r need a little love, but totally understandable considering all of the sand.
Thank you for a wonderful week. We'd come back without hesitation.

Our family had a "Christmas at the Beach" and all stayed at this amazing house! It has TONS of room for mx families to stay and spread out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing space for a large gathering. Kent the owner was very prompt and an excellent communicator. We will stay there again!

The house was perfect for our group of 10, giving everyone their own private sleeping space. The layout is great and the views are amazing. The separate formal dining room was so nice for dinners and playing cards. The pictures do not do justice to just how big the house is. Also, the entrance with no stairs and two bedrooms on the main floor made it so nice for two of our family members with mobility issues. We can't wait to return for another trip in the future.

Brought entire family in from around West Coast for Mothers 80th and all were blown away buy the wonderful home and location. When we weren't playing foosball, ping-pong or cards all were enjoying the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and watching the seals and whales move up and down the coastline.
