A very comfortable room with everything for making coffee/tea in the morning. A good location for going to the train station to visit Cinque Terre. And a wide range of nearby restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

The elevator needs absolutely to be replaced. Going up with our luggage to the 3rd floor was OK. But when going down from the 3rd floor to ground floor, the door didn't open. Which is very worrying. Going back up we could get out and walk down.... After a first experience, we started going up and down on the stairs (not ideal at our age 81-87). When we left, we tried the elevator with our suitcases. Didn't work, but a staff member helped us take the suitcases down.
