We felt very safe at Center Rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. We loved having the balcony with a bistro table and chairs. There was a good amount of storage for clothing. The high ceilings made the room feel larger. Open and spacious. Excellent, modern lighting. The location worked for us. Great location. Close to the train station and close to a street with lots of restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the ferry. Our host was very responsive.
The self check in was a little awkward for us because there is no free internet in La Spezia. We arrived at the building and didn’t know how to get in. Luckily we got online briefly somehow and got the host’s message with the keypad entry code. People who have their own access to the internet would not have this problem that we did. Also there are three sets of stairs which may pose a problem for some. We were okay. There is an elevator but we couldn’t figure out how to operate it.

Everything was clean and worked well. The location was close to the train station which made it easy to take day trips to Cinque Terre.
The air conditioner worked great-it was really hot when we visited and this was a relief.
The bed was comfortable and it was a relaxing space.
No complaints.

The location of the apartment was close to the main street and to the railway station.
We climbed two flights of stairs to the apartment. There was a smell in the apartment particularly in the bathroom.
