Recentemente ristrutturato pulito 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni condominio sul lungomare al 6 ° piano con vista sul lago - in una gated community. Non puoi avvicinarti al lago! È possibile ascoltare le onde del lago dal condominio.
Questa è una vista sul lago dal balcone, tavolo da cucina, e il lato destro del soggiorno e una camera da letto. L'altra vista è sugli alberi in montagna.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size Hickory, TV a schermo piatto, supporti notturni Hickory, ventilatore a soffitto e il bagno adiacente ha un'enorme doccia master personalizzata. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto, con una grande finestra per vedere gli splendidi alberi, montagne e il lago Tahoe. La terza camera ha letti a castello Pine Queen. Tutte le camere dispongono di organizer per guardaroba personalizzati con cassetti per i tuoi effetti personali e tapparelle elettriche. Il soggiorno ha un grande componibile in pelle, tavolini, camino elettrico, TV a schermo piatto, tende elettriche, ventilatore a soffitto, tavolo da pranzo e finestre enormi per le splendide viste sulle montagne e sul lago di Tahoe. Fuori dal soggiorno e camera da letto principale è un patio con tavolo, sedie e barbecue e vista a bizzeffe. La cucina è stata completamente ristrutturata a maggio 2019.

Il vostro condominio per le vacanze diventa il luogo ideale per una famiglia a prezzi accessibili, fine settimana intimo, settimana o mese lontano da tutto. * Piscina chiusa due volte l'anno per manutenzione.

This is a great condo in a fantastic location - as advertised. nice pots and pans. The owner was friendly and responsive. Everything was clean & functional & lovely. Bring your own blankets for snuggling on the big couch (as noted in the listing) and the pillows are firm so if you have pillow preferences bring your own! We would stay here again.

Beautifully updated townhome condo with the absolute best lake views, decor, amenities. The owners have done a great job with this property. The community grounds and rec areas are stunning and well taken care of. Will definitely be back to this one.

Clean, comfy and the location can’t be beat! Easy parking, beautiful pool and great decor made this a wonderful place to stay. Great communication with both manager and owner who were super helpful when I lost the gate pass! (I suggest putting it on a lanyard so it doesn’t slip away like mine did)

Walking in there was a definite mold smell like the unit had not been used for sometime. Had to wash cereal bowl, glasses, plates, cups before using them because there was dust on them. For what we had to pay for the place we should had not to wash dishes before using. Also door handles were dusty. Great setting

We were very happy with our stay at Susan's Brockaway Springs condo. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. There is a nice view of the lake from the dining table. Bathrooms have heated floors! Parking is easy and it is a short drive to Northstar. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking pots/pans/utensils/bakeware you could need. There are quite a few restaurants in King's Beach very close by. One thing I would bring next time is Board Games, some places we rent have them, this one does not.

We loved everything about the condo - there was plenty of space for my family of four to spread out, great views out of the windows, storage for our snow gear, and it was located really close to restaurants, Northstar, and the freeway. Plus, the lake was only a few steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed (although tbh, we ate out most of the time) and all of the furniture was well-maintained and in great shape. Our only regret is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property, comfortable and cozy condo . There is a place not to far walking distance from property, called Brockway Hot Springs in Lake Tahoe lake , amazing to find this secret spot.

First let me say, you can not beat the location. Gorgeous scenery and close to so much. However, for the price we were paying, we expected more. Warped pans, 2 trash bags, pay laundry. We ended up having to go out and buy cooking utensils and Tupperware. You tend to expect when you rent at a high end place like this to have some amenities; like spices, cooking oil and/or condiments. It's a shame that each tenant is expected to throw that away when they leave. But the biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed when we arrived. Communication was poor as to when it would reopen and then the owner was less than compassionate when we stated our dismay, "isn't there something else you can do besides use the pool, Tahoe has so much to offer". We have a special needs child and to try to get her refocused on something other than the pool was impossible and nearly ruined our trip. We talked about some sort of refund but after the trip was over, no response. We could have stayed at a much less expensive place but chose this one for the pool. Other than that we did love Tahoe. It's just sad that this put such a cloud over it.

Wonderful Tahoe Getaway
We stayed at this property with our 3 young kids and it was very comfortable. While we did have an issue with check in the owner and property manager were great and very quick with communication and corrected everything. The location is perfect, the condo is well stocked and comfortable and the pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property and accommodations!
Beautifully updated and appointed accommodations! You could hear the waves crashing from the deck-so peaceful and such a lovely location. Susan was very responsive and quick to respond. We had such a lovely family weekend, wish we could have stayed longer! You won't be disappointed staying here!

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay
We spend two nights here and loved our stay. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and in a great location! No issues at all and had excellent communication from the host. You can tell the condo was a special place for the hosts, and what made this feel like home vs. just another vacation rental!

Parking was easy and we enjoyed the location based on its distance to activities. The pool was closed so I can’t review. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had good supplies, and the couch was large enough to hold our whole group. Bring your own spices, cooking spray, blankets to lounge with & hand soap.

Place was fantastic and super spacious (it’s bigger than the pictures show). Heating in each room as well as heated floors in the bathrooms. Can’t complain about anything, it was great!

The family had a great time in the beautiful condo, especially the grandkids! The views from the deck and the pool were just amazing! I would highly recommend the condo for your next family vacation in Lake Tahoe.

Wonderful Place to Relax
The owner was terrific. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. The community is lovely, located right on the lake with beautiful sunset views. Walking distance to King’s Beach amenities.
One bedroom is shown with two twin beds, but is actually a bunk with full sized mattresses. The top bunk is a bit claustrophobic, but I managed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Short but sweet stay
Really enjoyed the property location and condo was beautiful and updated, including the best master bedroom shower I’ve ever seen at a rental. Thanks to susan for always being around for our questions. We love Tahoe and have stayed a few places over the years. Definitely adding this one to our favorites list.
